That was good as the rooms were very basic, the TV doesn't work, the safe was broken, the furniture was very much dated, has no kettle or complimentary water, tea or coffee. The lifts are too small and we climbed 4 floors ( where our rooms were) rather than waiting for our turn to get the lift. "Rooms were large and the hotel had almost every convenience. But small things were off. The kettle did not have a plug point to plug it into where it was placed near the TV. The TV had a Google TV operating system that had not been set up. The bathroom had a box for facial tissue but it was not real facial tissue but rather was the type of paper used in airport bathrooms to dry your hands. But the hotel staff were lovely and the room was climate-controlled, clean and very comfortable. The...
