Villa with 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 WC-town, mountain and sea view

Located above the town of Skopelos, which many refer to as a small heaven, this villa offers breathtaking views and has a large terrace overlooking it all. Although it seems a beach is in every direction you look from this Greece accommodation, renting a boat for the day may be an excellent decision, for this is how some of the most peaceful beaches on the island are reached.

(3000m2) Situated on a hillside above the town of Skopelos, this villa is surrounded by olive groves and walking trails and looks over the Skopelos harbour. There is a yard accessible from the kitchen that is furnished with a barbecue. Furthermore, there is a terrace with a mountain and sea view which is furnished with a dining table with chairs. The private swimming pool (7.50m x 4.00m) is framed by a sun deck with loungers and chairs. Parking is available within the property grounds.

Perfect for our Family Holiday

We wanted a villa for 4 adults and 3 children to have a family holiday. Villa Anatoli was just perfect. Rigas and Panorea are attentive and very friendly hosts. Wonderful view, clean and spacious, pool just right for all of us. We relaxed, swam, played games and went for trips to lovely beaches. Close enough to town for shopping and eating, while far enough to be quiet. Highly recommended.

wir waren zu 9. in der traumhaft gelegenen Villa.2 Personen schliefen in einem Vorraum.Für 7 Personen reichlich Platz.Sehr netter Vermieter.Es fehlte an nichts.würden wieder kommen. Ort und Hafen ist schnell erreichbar.

Skopelos perfection

The house lived up to all expectation. We were 7 people including 4 young people. and had a wonderful time. The house works well for big gatherings with loads of space in doors and out. Being a family that loves to entertain, the kitchen, bbq and outdoor facilities worked amazingly well. The pool was perfectly situated with the most beautiful views imaginable from it as well as the house. A treat was the regular cleaning that was arranged. The house is walking distance from town, and close to all the shops. I can highly recommend this house, and you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful villa in stunning location, very well maintained.

We stayed at Villa Anatoli for two weeks in July 2018 -The villa itself is every bit as beautiful as it appears in the photos on the HomeAway website. It is very well maintained, and is furnished as you would expect a family home, not a rental property, with very little evidence of wear and tear. The kitchen is fully equipped and the BBQ and pizza oven(!) are easily accessible from the back door of the kitchen. We made use of both facilities. (The butcher near the greengrocers shop is great!) There is a lovely shaded dining table with bench seats on the terrace outside the kitchen overlooking the swings and pool. I am sure we could have had 20 people for lunch and not run out of space! It is a great place to eat, being easily accessible from the kitchen, with the amazing view out over the town, harbor to the sea beyond. As well as exploring the island, we spent a lot of time lazing by the pool. The sun loungers are very comfortable and the umbrella's provided needed shade during the hottest time of the day. The pool was crystal clear, and a great temperature - refreshing without being cool. Rigas does a great job of maintaining the property, whilst being discrete - the flowers were watered, grass maintained and pool cleaned without us ever being aware. The inside of the property is ideal for two families to share. The master bedroom and single bedroom are on the upper floor, with the main bathroom and the mezzanine area with the exercise equipment, desk and day bed/sofa. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are off a corridor behind the kitchen, which have the advantage of having direct access onto the terrace with the dining table. The air-conditioning for the villa is fitted in the main living area and in the master bedroom. There were portable fans supplied for the other bedrooms which circulated, but did not cool, the air. Every Sunday and Wednesday two cleaners came and changed the linen/ towels and cleaned the villa - a bonus we weren't expecting. The linen and towels are of very high standard. I would recommend a car. Whilst it is perfectly possible to walk to the harbor, it is hard work walking back with shopping, and it is very worthwhile to explore the rest of the island. Rigas met us at the harbor to help us find the villa, as the driveway is not obvious. This isn't a standard rental, with a booklet showing you how everything works - but you don't need it. Rigas's olive oil and wine were a lovely welcome too :)
