Situated at the far end of the little harbour of Loutraki, Philoxenia Apartment is quiet and peaceful yet within 2 – 3 minutes’ walk of bars, tavernas, restaurants, shops and beaches. The nearby bus stop provides good public transport links to the major ‘Blue Green’ beaches on the island as well as the charming towns of Glossa and Skopelos. The road outside leads onto a unpaved walking path so has no through traffic, and towards the harbour is lined with Mulberry trees, perfect for sitting in the shade watching the fishing boats come and go.
From the balcony and the lane below you look directly over the pretty little harbour of Loutraki. Beyond that, to the east is the small island of Dasia, to the south the distant island of Evia, and to the west to Skiathos, and of course the glorious sunset!

Other things to note
From Loutraki harbour, as well as, from the traditional amphitheatric village of Glossa (3km by car and about 15-20 minutes from the walking paths), you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the island. The island also has a lot of vegetation and a lots of walking areas.
