An impressive house to rent in the center of Sitges, Barcelona, Spain!
The house is cataloged from the year 1803. It has been fully rehabilitated and renovated with all kinds of amenities, maintaining all its original character!
The house has 480 square meters and has 3 floors of 150 meters each.
The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room, a modern kitchen with dining room with access to the patio.
The house has a total of 6 rooms:
The first floor has 3 rooms:
- 1 master suite (2 double rooms and a luxurious bathroom) These rooms are interconnected and have no privacy, ideal for families with small children or for singles
- 1 suites with a private bathroom.
The second floor has 3 rooms:
- 1 suite with a private bathroom
- 2 double rooms that share a bathroom and a toilet.
In total there are 13 beds (1 double bed and 12 single beds):
- 4 beds of 90 x 200 cm
- 8 beds of 80 x 200 cm
- 1 bed 140 x 200 cm
The third floor has a large terrace, summer shower and fully equipped kitchen to enjoy it to the fullest.
The property is ideal for 14 people.
La Casita del Mar is located in a typical street of Sitges with white houses, located in the old town a few meters from its famous church and its wonderful beaches, so you do not need a car! The beach is located just 20 meters.

Ten of us went to Sitges to celebrate our friend's birthday. The villa is simply stunning, with lots of space and beautifully designed rooms. The terrace on the roof was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Trés belle maison de viĺlage dotée d'une terrasse extraordinaire. Tout est fonctionnel . Seul petit bémol : les 2 chambres du deuxième étage sont spartiates pour des couples adultes. Elles correspondent plus à des chambres enfants. Sinon tout est parfait. Avec bonus la plage à moins de cent métres. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !Si.on tout est parfait

We had 11 adults stay at this beautiful home in Sitges for our Thanksgiving holiday. WOW, it was everything we hoped it would be. Angel communicated all details of our visit very clearly, and there was no uncertainty when we checked in. The house is so special and unique and just a stones throw away from the gorgeous beach. It was cozy, clean and well thought out for our large group. We were able to leave our luggage for an extra hour when we checked out so it made leaving feel not so rushed. I highly recommend this beautiful property and visiting the lovely town of Sitges. Thank you for this opportunity.

The property is full of character, very spacious and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and all the bedrooms have very comfortable beds and great showers. The location is fantastic and only two minutes walk from the sea and many cafes and restaurants within easy reach.

We returned to this property after 9 years. Angel and team were welcoming and informative. We had a problem with the WiFi which was resolved immediately and without fuss. Im very grateful to Angel for use of this beautiful property for a second time!

This is an amazing property for a family get together, the location is fantastic and the whole resort feels very safe, the kids can go out on their own to the beach and shopping, they enjoyed being independent, we had lovely family meals in and at fabulous restaurants all in all a fantastic place for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration, thank you 🙏

Such a great “mansion” with fantastic facilities (including the wine fridge and the kitchen on the top floor next to the outdoor terrace for easy drink-making). We had 11 of us from Melbourne and everyone agreed it was magnificent (as is Sitges in general). The place was also so close to the beach but in a street that was still quiet when needed! Thanks Angel and Paola - we will be back for sure.

The villa was absolutely perfect! We were two families with nine total teens and adults and the space more than fit our needs. It was really more space than we even needed, and the rooftop patio (that had a second small kitchen) was perfect for evening cocktails and appetizers. And the view up there was incredible! The accomodations were perfect and the location was even better! We'd close the front door and be on the beach in two minutes. The walk to anywhere in town is quick and easy. The guys even walked one morning along the beach to Club de Golf Terramar to play a round. That walk is not recommended unless you are renting clubs! We can't wait to get back to Sitges. It was the perfect stop for our group beteween touring Madrid and Barcelona!

We loved staying here. Lots of space for all our guests (we were 8 in total). Nicely decorated and the roof terrace was the cherry on the top! Even in the winter we enjoyed the terrace and the beach. Quiet location just steps from the beach and a very short walk to the “happening” area of town. Highly recommended.

We LOVED this place! We loved the central location -- just steps away from the Paseo, shopping galore right outside your door, coffee shops and restaurants all right there! We also loved all the "common spaces" of the house where we could all be together, the "courtyard" seating, the rooftop terrace, and the living room -- all easily accomodate our group!

I booked this months in advance, and was happy to have found the property available. Angel was excellent with communication, and allowed for a bag drop off before check in. The house has a great layout, with the "social floor" separate from the sleeping rooms. There are 5 bathrooms, but they are not all private for particular rooms. Angel was great at helping with a floorplan before everyone arrive, and it helped with assigning rooms before we arrived. Kitchen was well equipped, and the AC's worked well in all rooms. It is surprisingly quiet for being so close to the busy parts of the City. Easy shopping for food and anything else you might need. The rooftop was great. If it were available in the future, we would book again.

We loved Angela’s villa. Everything was clean, very convenient, and spacious. The location couldn’t be better-close to the beach, main restaurants, shops, supermarket, a train to Barcelona and a bus to the airport. Communication with Angel was very quick and easy. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

This property exceeded our expectations! Very large and expansive home with European charm. In addition, the home actually looked exactly as portrayed in photos. Angel was very responsive and the check in process was flawless. Next time we’re in Sitges, we have every intention to stay here again!!

This is such a beautiful house in the perfect location right in the centre of Sitges, on a squirt street seconds (literally) from the beach. The roof deck is the real highlight. We were happy chilling up there for afternoons and the full kitchen on the roof is perfect for group dinners. Bedrooms are comfy and chic. Aircon works a dream. Only tip - this place is HUGE so you’ll wanna pack a bag when headed up to the roof as if you forget your glasses it’s a hike to go back down! ;)

We came with our group of 12 and really enjoyed Angels Villa. It is inviting and beautifully situated in Sitges. Sitges is a wonderful walkable coastal city that has everything you could want. Be prepared to walk as there is a lot to see. Also don’t forget your phone downstairs because the stairs can be rough after a long trip out. The is situated a few minutes walk away from the train that takes you to Barcelona but outside of seeing the Sagrada and such we actually enjoyed Sitges more! Lovely town where great memories were made. Thanks again

The villa is located on a narrow cobble stone street in the middle of the historical town of Sitges. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and sea front restaurants. We traveled with two families and this villa was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space. The location made it easy for everyone explore on their own and to easily get back to home base. I loved this historical building with all the modern amenities and the decor is stylish and artful. The upstairs patio became the meeting place at the end of each day. The attached kitchen made it a perfect spot for lounging while having drinks and tapas and looking over the view of the town. My daughter didn’t want to leave. Thank you Angel. We had a wonderful time and we will be back some day!
