Villa Botego 21 is a newly constructed property with a private infinity pool and terrace, situated in a peaceful area of Sirmione near the picturesque Lake Garda. This modern villa is part of a recently developed complex of terraced houses, offering a stylish and comfortable retreat for guests.

The villa spans two floors, beginning with a bright and spacious open-plan living area. This space features a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, and a dining table. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, toaster, and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
