Sira-an Hot Spring

Property was well situated where the activities were being coordinated but surprisingly private and quiet. Staff were all accommodating and service oriented. TV in the living room may need to be situated lower in the center of the room.

The Wifi is not good, only very bad connection is available in the lobby. No connection at all from the rooms. This hotel is located in front of white beach which is very nice, 15 mins walk from the night life and city center (D'mall), getting there with luggage is a bit uncomfortable. Personnel Service in front of the beach is very good, they are always ready to help and serve you drinks while you are enjoying from the beach.

Some rooms very bad!DO NOT stay on first floor! With mouldy walls and found dirty bedding and hair all over bedding and bathroom, asked to be moved. Second room better also important to take a room with balcony. Very good location, 2 mn walk to beach. Ok stay, but much better options around.
