The apartment is located in Sinnai, a hilly area of the Campidano region near Cagliari, between the plains and the Sette Fratelli hills. Its strategic location and proximity to the bus stop make it easy to reach beaches, cities, and the mountains for a well-rounded vacation.

The apartment features two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and an outdoor veranda.

Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents through our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. Children under 12 and seniors up to age 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
