Villa Certosina is spread over two floors and features two living areas—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Both areas are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a television. The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, including two double bedrooms located on the first floor; the other three bedrooms are on the ground floor; two of them have queen-size beds, and one has a bunk bed. The home’s layout is completed by four bathrooms with showers, one of which is en suite. The highlight of the home is its outdoor spaces, featuring a terrace and a patio; the patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue.
