Absolutely no parties or events to be held at the property
Quiet hours start at 10pm. Please keep any music and noise to a low respectable level, as we like our neighbors and want to respect their evening quiet time.

Please DO NOT jump into the pool or the hot tub with sand on you. There is an outdoor shower adjacent to the garage where you can rinse all of the sand off of you.

If in pool after 10 pm please adhere to the quiet hours.

A 3.9% cancellation fee is charged for all cancelled reservations for which Jupiter Vacation Rentals is merchant of record.

Please note: A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies to all reservations that include pets. If you are bringing two pets, the fee is doubled. Be sure to select the correct “Pet Fee” option (for one or two dogs) when confirming your reservation. If you are bringing an ESA dog the pet fee still applies, even if you have a physician`s note. An ESA dog is not a service dog. Thank you for understanding.
