This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:

Reservation was missing. On check in (on Xmas night), the reservation was not there although I had verified multiple times months in advance. The comm between singerislandrentals and Marriott did not happen. We were forced to wait in the lobby for 3 hours while this was resolved. No one from singerislandrentals was available since they close at 5 and this was 8pm. Finally, Marriott just put us up in a room for the night. Next morning, sinderislandrentals rebooked us for our original room. We had to repack and move rooms which took a few hours. The resolution from singerislandrentals was to refund us for the first night (which seemed reasonable to me at the time). But then I was charged by Marriott for the first night stay. According to singerislandrentals since they refunded us for the first night, they are all set. But from my perspective, i was not compensated for 5 hrs of hassle. Rather than enjoying the beach, i was packing, cleaning, and moving. You can assess for yourself if this is fair. But I suggest not booking this property as you are dealing with 2 different orgs (singerislandrentals and Marriott).

Very nice stay and beautiful view

The process was great - easy to work with. The hot water is a little wonky (which is a building issue not a unit issue) but that was the only issue we had. It’s a great property for kids and the beach is beautiful.

Great couple of days on Singer Island

We loved staying at this Marriott Palm Beach Resort & Spa. Our 2 bedroom unit was beautiful and spacious. We made full use of the large patio & full kitchen. The pools and beach were wonderful too! Can’t wait to visit Singer Island again and we will absolutely stay at the same place!

Family weekend retreat Singer Island, Palm Beach, FL

The property was at the Marriott resort and spa. We enjoyed the hotel amenities, including the amazing spa and lovely beach. Our suite was clean and had tons of space. The hosts were extremely responsive to questions that we had and the hotel staff were very friendly. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Thanksgiving Stay

This was our first time traveling with our two small twins (4 months). The property was really helpful and accommodating with everything. They helped us rent cribs for our kiddos and had a pretty awesome Christmas tree lighting to help with the spirit of Christmas! Close walk to the beach and fun pools. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely stunning condo at a gorgeous resort!

The photos do not do this place justice! This really was the nicest vacation condo I’ve ever stayed in. The condo is VERY spacious with BIG, beautiful bathrooms, bedrooms and living area. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your own meals and the peninsula is great seating for meals. The balcony is lovely and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The pools at the resort are great but the beach and the ocean are SPECTACULAR! No seaweed, beautiful, clear turquoise water and soft sand beach that goes on for miles. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Weather glorious & spa fantastic! Room was “off kilter” so pocket doors wouldn’t stay open! The condo was nice, but someone is overpaying for housekeeping services. If owner advertises “beach chairs”, then they need to have chairs I’d actually sit in! Really enjoyed the private beach area with comfy chairs, umbrellas and bar service, but of course it isn’t free! Construction next door made lounging by the pool impossible. Would have liked the option to self-park. We would return, but would not pay what we did this time.

Amazing Unit

We have stay at this resort a few times before and by far this has been the best unit, for the most part all units look the same however the owner have provided with few little things that make a huge difference such as; cleaning products, dish washing soap, paper towels, detergent to wash clothes, soap to shower, shampoo, conditioner etc. Full kitchen equipment, new microwave and toaster oven. this place was wonderful we did not needed to leave the apartment to buy anything. the Beds are super comfortable.

Great Property Could Have Been Cleaner

We loved the resort, restaurants and staff. Both happy hour appetizers and breakfast were surprisingly good. The coffee shop downstairs was very convenient. The condo itself is very nice, with comfortable furniture & very elegant bathrooms. This could have been a 5 star review, but it was dirty, and as a previous traveler remarked the toilet is still not fixed in the master bathroom. We had to remove the toilet tank cover every time to flush it. As we arrived the front door was smeared with white suntan lotion, as were the coffee table and bedroom mirror inside. We found cookie crumbs on the sofa along with a stain (probably more suntan lotion), Fruit Loop cereal on the floor of the bedroom, along with a dirty child's sock. It was mostly clean, just clean enough not to bother with a complaint, but dirty enough to still be annoying. Worse than that they didn't have any windex or cleaning supplies for me to take care of it myself. The fridge was empty but had sticky juice stains, coffee grounds and hair in the corners. We found that some of the glasses had been put up dirty without being washed. The furniture is getting worn quickly, and one lamp was just missing the light bulb altogether. I did think it was a good overall value.

I would not stay there again

I recently stayed in Unit 911 of this building and I would not stay there again for the following reasons: 1) The manager- I had a problem with the toilet (more below) and contacted Him to address. I returned that afternoon and found a dirty toilet plunger in the middle of the kitchen and called Him to remove and sanitize kitchen floor. He immediately informed me he was not happy that I called him during a meeting (Tuesday afternoon), and cursed me several times (why the blank are you calling me, what the blank do you want from me, get out of the blanking condominium if you don't like it. I personally would not rent any place that was associated with him (I am sure he will respond to my post and try to refute, however there is no disputing the above), 2) The toilets in the condominium were problematic and would not flush 1/2 of the time- we actually used the lobby bathrooms much of the time due to these toilets, 3) several doors to bedrooms and bathrooms did not work and would either not stay open or would not stay closed; we had to use our shoes as door stops during our stay 4) to my surprise, I noticed the resort was not easily accessible to people with handicaps- the doors in the hotel lobby were large and heavy and did not have any way for someone in a wheelchair to open these doors- when I asked management about this, they responded that the front desk people are responsible for assisting these people, however did not have an answer to my question of what happens in an emergency if no one is available to assist? I was surprised by this response and plan to inform the state about this issue.

Absolutely Beautiful property

We had 6 ladies staying here and were very co mfortable. Excellent service from Marriott staff. Pools and food were excellent. Blender in room for endless margaritas!! We will be back!!
