Apartment B216 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

B216 is a 58 m² one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of Building 2 at The Hills Residence, a residence in Simpson Bay, on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten. It sleeps up to two guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.

Layout and bedrooms

A separate bedroom with a king-size bed gives you a quiet space for the night. It has a closet with hangers and curtains that darken the room. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

The living area combines a lounge corner with a sofa and flat-screen TV, and a dining table for meals. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Outdoor space

From the balcony, furnished for two, you can watch the boats on Simpson Bay lagoon and enjoy the evening breeze.

Kitchen and equipment

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast there is an espresso machine, a kettle and a toaster, and a blender for fresh juices. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided.

For everyday comfort there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and bathroom essentials are supplied.

A baby cot and a high chair are available for families with young children. The door opens with an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

On the roof of the residence, a swimming pool looks out over the lagoon and the hills. The residence has elevators, private parking and outdoor surveillance cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay

Simpson Bay is one of the most convenient places to stay on Sint Maarten: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and marinas are close by, and Simpson Bay beach, Maho beach and Princess Juliana International Airport are a few minutes away by car.

As The Hills Residence is on a hill, renting a car makes daily life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B216 is well suited to couples, with a maximum of two guests. Our team is on site to welcome you and answer your questions during your stay.

If you stay for a week or more, you can book an intermediate housekeeping service and ask for extra towels. The equipped kitchen and the washer-dryer make it easy to settle in for a longer holiday.
