Apartment with fantastic sea view only 20m from the beach

The apartment Tres Mares is located directly by the beach promenade of Armação de Pêra and is situated on the 2nd floor (lift is available). From your balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea. All you have to do is cross the promenade and you will find yourself on the beautiful beach "Praia dos Pescadores". All your shopping can be done on foot.

Like all our apartments, this one also has satellite TV (Astra satellite) and MEO TV (90 Portuguese channels, series and films, some in the original English language) and fast fiber optic internet. Some of the rooms have air conditioning, while others have ceiling fans. You have a beautiful view onto the beach and of the sea from your living room, from your kitchen and from one of the bedrooms.

The promenade of Armação de Pêra offers a variety of shops, restaurants and bars for shopping and dining.

The apartment encompasses 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large living room (with dining area) and 2 bathrooms, and is suitable for a maximum of 6 persons.

The monthly price in winter is incl. 2 intermediate cleanings.

Très bien!

Oui très près de la mer mais endroit très bruyant! Spectacles qui se poursuivent jusqu’à tard … un soir jusqu’à minuit passé! Très difficile d’accès en grosse voiture! Rues très très étroites!

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Lage unschlagbar und der Kontakt sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen genossen. Ich vermisse jetzt schon das Meeresrauschen 24/7.

a jewel..ocean views and so perfectly located near so many wonderful restaurants. The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable beds (only complaint the pillows) Elisabeth our contact was patient, kind and so helpful to first time visitors to Algarve. We were supposed to visit other beaches during our stay but Armação de Pêra beach was just perfect with its wide sandy beach. loved it and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful ending to our vacation.

Traumlage an wunderschönem Strand

Die Lage war nicht zu toppen. Wunderschöner langer Strand vor der Tür. Ebenso Promenade und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Cafés. Uns hat Elisabeth freundlich in Empfang genommen und uns hervorragend betreut. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

La casa che tutti vorrebbero avere

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, con tutto al posto giusto. La vista sull' oceano uno spettacolo. Unico problema trovare le cialde del caffè da Continente; se ci fosse stato un esempio in casa lo avremmo comprato esatto senza sbagliare le cialde e gustato durante le mattine con quella vista nel blu. Comunque una stupidaggine, ripagata dalla gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata. Spero di avere altre occasioni per tornare in soggiorno...magari nella stessa casa. Grazie

Great holiday

We had a great time at Armacao de Pera. The appartement was very spacious and had lots to offer. Great to be so close to the beach, just across the street. Also a lot of stores in the neighbourhood, little supermarkets 2 minutes walk, the bigger supermarkets 10 minutes. All in all we had a wonderfull time.

Objekt wie von der Agentur beschrieben, ideale Strandlage mit Meerblick, sehr gut ausgestattet, gute gastronomische Infrastruktur in der Nähe, durch die Randlage in der Nähe des alten Fischerhafens auch nächstens sehr ruhig. Wir können sehr gerne eine Empfehlung aussprechen

The apartment is exactly as advertised. Absolutely beautiful with the sea on your doorstep. It was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels and a really well equipped kitchen. Can’t wait to return.

Casa bem equipada, com boas áreas e uma excelente localização, mesmo junto ao areal, óptimo tratamento por parte do gestor da propriedade. As notas menos positivas são o Estacionamento difícil na zona e atraso no check-In por demora na saída do hóspede anterior.

Best view in town!

We stayed for a week and enjoyed the apartment very much. It has all the features you might want with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and gas stove/oven. Showers are a little tight and one setup is very tricky with the shower, toilet and sink extremely close to each other requiring alot of caution getting in and out. Beds were comfortable as was having AC. The best is the view from the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Great place to start and end your day. Everything need is within close walking distance giving you a wide variety of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hosts/managers were easy to work with and very nice people.

Vue merveilleuse. Grand appartement, fonctionnel et agréable. S'endormir avec le son de la mer est fantastique. Alexander notre amphitryon est très sympathique. Nous reviendrons. Juste une remarque: c'est la première fois que dans une location à notre arrivée, pas de produit de nettoyage, éponge et dans la cuisine ni sel, ni sucre, rien. Cordialement.

Wonderful appartment right on the beach.

The apartment is located right in front of the beach, in the old town, so you can stroll around the beautiful narrow streets. It is spacious and has all the required amenities.
