The Space:

Welcome to Alpine Nest Escape, a cozy and contemporary retreat nestled in the heart of Silverthorne, Colorado. This brand-new, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, offering the perfect home base for your mountain adventures—whether you're skiing in winter or hiking in summer.



Located on the first floor of a stunning new building, Alpine Nest Escape welcomes you with a spacious, sunlit layout and a convenient ski and snowboard clips right at the front door. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an island with four bar seats, ideal for cooking and enjoying a meal at home.



The living area is anchored by a gas fireplace and plush queen sleeper sofa, where you can stream your favorite shows while snowflakes drift outside the window. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the breathtaking mountain views from your very own hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The serene primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and smart TV, while the bathroom features a relaxing bathtub and complimentary soaps. A full-sized washer and dryer add extra convenience during your stay.



With one designated parking space right out front, step-free access throughout, and proximity to Lake Dillon, world-class ski resorts, and scenic river walks, everything you need is just outside your door.

Very clean and in great condition. There was a slight issue with the hot tub. The touchscreen stopped working and i had to reset the power to it and then it worked just fine after that. No other issues. The hot tub is in a little bit of a weird spot as its right in front of the property facing a busy road but was a nice relaxing time nonetheless.

Really nice, new, modern place to stay. On site spa/hot tub was great to have available. Hosts are correct when they say construction is ongoing and can be noisy. That was the only (small) issue. It was great to be close to the outlet stores and across the street from Target.
