Hotel i Casino Silverstar

Desk clerk couldn’t get card processor to work. Lobby bathroom squalid. Waited 20 minutes to check in. Left and cancelled reservation. Better not be charged.

Roaches In the room and dead ones in the fridge. Someone came in after I complained about the conditions and left a cigarette in my hotel room, most likely to try to frame and say that I was the one doing it. Housekeeping did not come by at all the whole 6 days we were there. We only received extra towels after we called the front desk. It was not as described.
