"WORST TRAVEL EXPERIENCE EVERUNSAFE AND UNSECURED with unfettered access throughout the house to anyone staying there!! I was literally robbed of my Rolex. Police report filed but they told me that it was unlikely that I would ever see it again. I knew when I reserved this property that it was “funky” looking, NO frills property but the experience I had could not have been further from just an old-fashioned, kind of quirky, passe’ form of old home. "The host was nice but her son was very unpleasant and unprofessional,he threw a party while I was there with my guests and proceeded to party until 2am.he was also a constant bother ."

"House is in need of updating, electrical covers missing, dirty bathrooms "hair " in sinks, showers etc. T.V.'s in all rooms but most didnt work, ants crawling up kitchen cabinets. I could go on but you get the idea. Way overpriced for what it is and i should get money back for a miserable experience."

"We drove up to the house, noticing a couple of torn window screens and some rain-soaked paper hanging off the mailbox. We had to ring the doorbell a couple of times before we heard a voice from the intercom. They had difficulty hearing us, asked whether we were staying that day or the next (it was supposed to be both), and then replied, "Oh. Wait a minute." Many minutes passed and no one came to the door. We can only imagine that we caught the host off guard. We double-checked our rental dates....
