"I booked this hotel because my wife and I always want a pool and hot tub. We booked the room for 3 nights. When we checked in we were told neither the pool nor the hot tub were operating. Very disappointed!! No offer was made to discount the cost. It was not fixed before we left on the 3rd day."

"Great property, hot tub was ready and awesome. Beautiful area by the water. Plenty if amenities with a rustic cabin vibe. Easy to get to and not far from Glenwood Springs. Only downside which honestly wasn’t a big deal, just a surprise, was someone’s laundry was left in the washer and dryer. Otherwise ..."
