Our spacious 2-room flat is beautifully located on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern and rustic style and decorated in warm colours (67 m²). The separate kitchen with beautiful windows was built in solid wood and includes a Nespresso coffee machine and many other amenities. You simply feel at home in this kitchen. The holiday flat has a Swisscom TV with WIFI, broadband and ADSL Internet. You can also enjoy a covered, sunny and sheltered seating area facing south with a view of the Corvatsch massif. There is a Volg supermarket nearby with very pleasant opening hours in the high season from 7.00 to 19.00, including Sundays! Sundays too! The LL cross-country ski runs are right in front of the house and there is also a bus stop in all directions. The shuttle bus to the Furtschellas valley station can be reached in 3 minutes (only in winter). We bought new spring mattresses in June 2018 and our guests sleep wonderfully. In May 2025 the bathroom would be remodelled. The bathtub would be replaced by a large shower.

Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
