Ein mir seit über 30 Jahren bekanntes Hotel.Früher ein Hotel auf einem sehr hohen Niveau.Heute...Personal extrem höflich,hilfsbereit und bemüht sich sehr zu helfen.Eine schwache Seite sind gedankenlose Umbauten in den letzten Jahren .Es fehlt Platz für alles.Symbolische Schränke,kein Platz für Kleinigkeiten u.s.w..

Water filter machine in the room made the water taste like chlorine. Staff refused to send a bottle of water to my room, bar was closed. I had to go out at 3am to buy a bottle of water - atrocious service. In addition, the air conditioning was almost non-existant, it's either broke or just poor quality. The switches for the lights are on the other side of the room to the bed so you can't control from bed, this switch uni also has a bright blue light on it that lights up all night. Easily the worst hotel I've stayed at in Singapore. -5/5
