Nice sized apartment with excellent location.

Enjoyed our stay with all the amenities and beach gear. Some temporary fixture to add a privacy area to the extra room might be helpful if you have teenagers or other people wanting a separate area.

Clean, Spacious, Convenient!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay here! The home had everything we needed including the little things like laundry detergent. The beach gear was a big help! Might want to update the umbrellas as they are fading and a bit rusty. Otherwise, we had a great stay. The public beach access 12 is across the street and just a 10 minute walk, so no fighting for parking. Highly recommended this property and host!

Perfect location!!!!

We found the house to be perfect for us! For a party of 4 adults, we had an amazing experience! The house was clean and we stocked for us to go to the beach, lounge around the living room, or enjoy a home cooked breakfast. We enjoyed access to CB’s boat rental and Clayton’s restaurant just around the corner. Everything you could need is within walking distance. We spent 4 nights and enjoyed our stay!

Last minute new years getaway

This unit was beautiful! It was in a great location close to restaurants, shops and beach. It was great to have access to all the beach accessories at the property also. The property manager was great! She was available anytime for questions we had. We enjoyed relaxing in the back deck , it was really peaceful. Would definitely love to stay again in the future!

Perfect Location and Perfect Apartment

The moment we opened the door and entered inside we were blown away with how spacious this place is. It has everything we needed for our stay. Beach gear is a big plus. We used beach chairs and sun shades every day. Place is close to the "busy" area with restaurants and shops . Great restaurants btw. I would recommend this to everyone. We'll try to come next year.

Better than expected

The unit is much larger than we expected. One of us planned to work while there, so I requested a workspace be set up for her. Venessa got a sitting/standing desk with a very comfortable chair, and set it up in a room with windows all around. It looked into the trees with the water just beyond that provided for fantastic bird watching as well as a great work space. There were some mechanical problems, but Vanessa took care of them right away. The only thing that might continue to be a problem is the water pressure. One couldn't find a better hostess than Vanessa! She went beyond and even brought a bottle of wine and chocolates for us when we checked out. I highly recommend this place!

Great place, clean and close to the beach.

My family had a wonderful stay. A few blocks from the beach with some beach gear (that was really helpful!). Kitchen was fairly stocked but could be better. Going up the stairs every day was a bit annoying but worth it. Overall it was very clean, very nice, big place. Host was great. Would stay again!

An oasis close to everything!

This is a nice, large, clean rental tucked away mere blocks from the beach, shopping, & great restaurants. We always stay in Siesta Key, & we loved that we could walk to so many of our favorite restaurants: Clayton's Siesta Grill, Daiquiri Deck, Toasted Mango, & Sniki Tiki (get the large to-go cup for $10 daiquiri refills on your way to & from the beach!). There are 2 parking spaces for this unit, which is so nice with beach parking being $43/day- our local family came & parked with us to avoid all of that. The deck on the back side faces a sort of lagoon & you can see a lot of birds & nature out there. This is ideal for several couples or a larger group with the bonus bed in the den.

The location of this rental could not have been better. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was clean and roomy. Each of us girls had a closet. We had a wonderful stay. And the owner was always very prompt with any questions we had. We would love to come back. Thanks Vanessa.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was extremely responsive to questions before the stay and helpful with advice on things to do and places to go during our stay. The rental (literally 1.5 blocks to the beach public access) was very clean and newly furnished. Will absolutely stay again, when we venture to Siesta Key!

Siesta Getaway
