Steps to the Beach, Short Walk to the Village

Welcome to Prime-Time on Siesta Key! You will LOVE the convenience here: a very short walk to Siesta Beach or Siesta Village in no time at all. No car needed! Almost 1000 sf, this two-level home sleeps 4 comfortably. Two full baths and two bedrooms each with TVs along with a roomy upstairs living area. Laundry room with fully-stocked kitchen, linens, towels, etc. Nice Large backyard and covered parking space.

Starter Supplies Provided

To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Location, location location...The location could not be better. If your looking for a place that is clean with walking distance to the beach this is a great place. If you are looking for luxury with beach views I would keep looking. Pros: Location, very clean, no bugs at all, roomy and great price Cons: Beds are extra firm, laundry is shared, no TV in master bedroom, wish there were benches out front to sit on and nicer furniture in patio area. However, would definitely stay here again because walking distance to beach and village. You do not need to rent a car if you stay here. You can ride free trolly or walk. Wherever you choose to stay buy water expensive on the island and I do not drink the tap water on the island (key) The cleanliness was outstanding. Did not see one single insect.

Spring break on Siesta Key

The property was very clean and the check in process was incredibly easy. Just a couple minor issues like some wall outlets not working and the shower/bathtub not draining very well. They provided us with beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Close to the beach, shops and dining. Would recommend for couples and families.

Great long weekend in Siesta

The accommodations were actually better than the description. All new appliances, bedding etc. it was all new. Freshly painted and accessories. 3 minute walk to beach. 3 minute walk to Siesta Village restaurants and bars. Highly recommend.

Firm Mattress + Cold AC!

The property was situated perfectly where were wanted to be located. The mattress was extremely firm in all rooms. This might be for you but it wasn't for me. Some maintenance concerns were communicated to the property manager.

Needs an update

The property is extremely old and run down. Broken blinds, missing cabinet doors, dusty air vents, ceiling fans and blinds, rusty ceiling in bathroom, found a cell phone in the cabinet??? Sofa is so bad that when you sit on it you sink down so low you can’t get up. This property is in desperate need of updating - we checked in on Saturday and left by 10:30 am on Sunday because I was so uncomfortable.

Nice property

This home is a duplex. There was another family in the adjoining unit, but we rarely heard them. The home is older, but clean, quiet, & comfortable. The location is superb--within easy walking distance of both beach access and the Village (where most of the local restaurants, shops, and ice cream shops are). Parking in Siesta Key Village is never easy, so this is a huge positive. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location

This property was in the perfect location for walking to the beach, restaurants and Siesta Village. You can park your car on the property and just stay put if wanted We swam every day, kayaked, jet skied, enjoyed the beautiful Siesta Key beach and so much good food. Loved that there were beach towels, umbrellas and beach chairs! Thank you for a great trip with our 2 older kids

Great beach rental

Nice, clean (but not fancy) rental. Being steps away from the beach and all the restaurants on the Main Street made it worth the while. Would definitely stay there again.
