The biggest problem was that it said it was a five minute walk to the beach. This was very misleading since it was about a mile to the beach access. Not easy to get to with chairs etc. The property itself was nice. We enjoyed sitting on the dock. I would not recommend this property if you want easy access to the beach.

The overall the property was good. There were a few problems that should be improved.

The bedskirt was dirty, the pillowcase also has a stains of the blood, or something like that on it. Master bedroom also has sone stains that didn’t come out.The facet on the kitchen didn’t change the water stream and works only in the shower mode.The manager was understanding.

As advertised - great condo!

Good location - short walk to Stickney bridge restaurant area, about 20 minute walk to Siesta Beach. Even faster using free trolley. Has everything you need for the beach, which is helpful, including wagon, chairs, cooler, towels. Updated kitchen, bathrooms seem original and small but in perfect working order. Host was readily available by text for questions. Nice pool, too!

Nice area Took four days to have host/manager clean up the condo ITrips called Cleaning crews into clean floors, vacuum put away dishes, do laundry, replace small kitchen appliances, replace utensils, replace bathroom items; they had a service man from an upholstery cleaner come and clean the only dining chairs. They had a service man come and remove many many many bugs from the ceilings. We tried many times to talk with the host, the owners, but we were never able to. We only dealt with an outside agency called itrips. We checked in on March 16 and it took Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday to have a clean condo and also upon check-in the garbage disposal had a major issue with it and somebody left the garbage disposed items in a trashcan in the kitchen, what a smell We asked for some type of compensation, and we received an email that the cleaning fee was waived

Disappointing

Very disappointing. Master bedroom shower pressure was so low, showering was difficult. Not one piece of furniture in living room was comfortable and the blinds did not work. King mattress was quite comfortable, but sheets did not fit and kept coming off during the night. Overall, the condo needed a deep cleaning. The carpets in the bedrooms were disgustingly filthy. They are beyond cleaning, need replaced. When paying this much, we expected higher class accommodations.

Nice, but left much to desire

Overall, the property was nice, but it definitely was showing its age. That I am fine with. What was difficult is that I cook a lot. There was literally NOTHING in the kitchen. Not even salt&pepper shakers. Never have I rented a property that was so stark.

Amazing beach vacation.

Condo was great and was as listed. A lot of great amenities. The in unit laundry is a must for us so we were glad to have that. The pool was great. Very clean and so close to the beach! Utilize the Jonny’s free ride service if you stay in this area!

Family holiday gathering

This unit perfectly fit our needs as a family of 5 adults visiting family in the area. Location was great as we got to see the sunrise on the fishing dock behind the property where we also met other guests/ residents and saw dolphins, osprey, white pelicans, and other kinds of wildlife.... as well as sunset at the beach. It was a nice walk or short trolley ride to Crescent or Siesta beach and the unit provided towels, chairs and a cart if needed. We took advantage of free activities offered also and had a great time. As someone who grew up on Siesta Key, it was just like being back home but getting to be a tourist! I would be prepared for the trash dumpster outside this bldg being emptied early in the morning twice during the week if you're not an early riser. But that was well worth everything else the unit had to offer and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was absolutely spotless! It looks exactly as what you see in the pictures.

We will definitely stay again if in Siesta Key! The free trolley gets you to the beach access points. Beach access 12 is only about a 12 minute walk. Lots to do in the area. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed!
