The perfect spot!

This property is within walking distance of great restaurants, the beach, the marina, And some shopping. The room was very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family visit

Great little place within walking distance of restaurants and beach and close to our family. Unfortunately, the red tide was pretty bad. Made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.

We were only there 2 days visiting a relative- the room was so inviting and adorable, and so clean ! Perfect for what we needed. Close to beach ! We loved the immaculate Pool- we swam daily! will most likely return when we visit again!

Great stay

Our stay was fantastic. The weather wasn't as warm as we would have liked, but it was warmer than it was at home. We love the private pool space and the close walking distance to the beach and eating establishments. For a studio, this space felt large, the small eating area and kitchen space were nice and the extra space in the large closet was helpful. We would love to stay again.

We decided to add a couple of days in Siesta Key to the end of a work trip. This rental was available and in a great location. Glad we booked. Super walkable, great pool, and the space had everything we needed. Could use some updating to feel cleaner. The hair dryer, for example, needs to be replaced or really cleaned. That said, we would likely stay again for the price. Overall a nice spot with very kind hosts. We would return.

Great stay and very close to the beach. Just a short walk across the street basically. I arrived late but had received a message that we could have checked in early which I appreciate. The kitchen comes with dishes and utensils which I don’t think was listed in the amenities as well as an iron in the closet. The pool is very warm and good when the sun goes down. Parking is also included. Places to eat are all less than 5 mins walk away as well. I’ll come back for sure!

Location

The location was absolutely great, some trouble with the owner not letting us know the water would be turned off during our stay to fix another units shower but was back on within a half hour and definitely minor. Overall happy with our experience even with little water surprise and would be happy to come back!

Perfect location if you don't have a car

Everything is walkable...restaurants, beach, groceries, ice cream, music. My 25 year old was there with her boyfriend and it was perfect for them. They were very happy. Owner responded quickly both on line and via text.

close and cozy

This studio unit is part of a house that has been separated into a few different rentals. With that, it was still very quiet, private, secure and a great escape. There was a coffee pot, blender, hair dryer and other nice to haves in the unit, plus coolers ans beach chairs and other items. Very clean and updated with cheery beach decor. This location is about a minute walk to Dacquiri Deck and a few more minutes to the sand at Cresent Beach. There’s a grill and a small heated pool that were perfect too. We will definitely stay here again.
