Horizons West #204 Stunning Beachfront Views on Siesta Key!

A stunning view of the Siesta Key beachfront, pool, and palm trees greets you as you open the front door to Unit 204. The newly remodeled apartment has a splendid new kitchen with gorgeous stainless steel appliances and an open breakfast bar enhancing the beach views from even the kitchen. The elegant dining area seats up to six guests.

Towards the beach is a comfortable living area with a soft leather couch and a love seat.
A relaxing recliner is in front of the beach views and a 65 inch smart high definition television. The living area is separated from the private lanai (balcony) by a floor to ceiling wall of sliding doors.

The lanai is spectacular with its views of the beach, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and garden views which are exactly what you have hoped for. Slide back the four center lanai windows that look out onto the best views that Siesta Key has to offer. On the lanai is a wall mounted 65 inch high definition television. You do not have to leave the lanai and beachfront views to watch your favorite shows or sports events. Just relax.

At the right end of the lanai are two large sliding glass doors off the master bedroom. You can see the beach and hear the waves from your king size bed. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, plenty of storage space, a ceiling fan and a 55 inch wall mounted smart high definition television with Blu Ray. The resort style bathroom has high end features including a walk-in shower with an option overhead rain shower and custom vanity.

Back toward the front door and on the left is a hallway and entrance to the second bedroom. It is light and airy with both a queen size bed and a twin size bed, a ceiling fan, a plantation shutter covers the window, a double door wide closet with custom built in shelving and a chest of drawers.

At the end of the hall is the sparkling clean and new resort style second bathroom with a glass enclosed tub with shower. Hair dryers are provided in both bathrooms.

You have your own secure Comcast blast speed Wi-Fi system, upgraded Comcast high definition cable television including both the SEC and Big Ten sports channels. Land line telephones have free long distance calling in the United States and Canada. The unit has its own private washer and dryer. Wi-Fi access is available around both swimming pools. There is a Jacuzzi, access to five beach cabanas plus plenty of beach chairs and loungers. There are two separate BBQ grill areas on either side of the beachfront garden areas. You have your own reserved parking space in a covered carport. Accommodates 5 people.

Just wanted to stay!

I was a little worried that the view from the lanai wouldn’t be the same one on the VRBO site because it was so perfect. It was exactly the same beautiful view and we got to wake up to it every morning. We could hear the surf all the time. The condo was very quiet, very clean and just beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed also - great pots and pans, sharp knives, lots of good dinnerware, great appliances ( I like to cook). The people in the office are nice and helpful. We were close enough to the village that we could drive there in a few minutes but far enough away to avoid all the crazy. We even found a public pickleball court just 4 minutes north. I have never seen such soft, powdery sand. We always enjoy walking barefoot and have stayed on other islands but this sand was like walking in bread flour - such a joy!

Property beautiful, check in process was a nightmare

The property itself was beautiful. The condo was just like the pictures. Very clean. Check in process was AWFUL. We arrived after hours and received no instruction whatsoever on how to retrieve our keys. I tried to contact the property owner (didn’t answer) and received NO call back or follow up call. Which was very surprising considering all the reviews mentioned the owner was very prompt and easy to contact. I contacted VRBO and they were able to give us the code for the box that had our keys. Also, there were no instructions on how to retrieve the beach supplies, more trash bags, parental control password for the TV, etc. if we hadn’t asked the front desk (which they were very friendly and helpful), we would’ve spent money on beach chairs, umbrella, etc. I would stay here again ONLY because the condo was beautiful and the location was perfect.

Best girls' trip

I stayed here for a week with 4 of my friends after we graduated from our master's program and it was incredible. The condo was in pristine condition and worked perfectly for the 5 of us. We loved the porch area where we could open the windows and see/hear the ocean while we ate breakfast. Gorgeous views of the sunrise and sunset each day, too. The other tenants that we met at the pool were super fun and nice also, they gave us tons of restaurant and bar recommendations which we greatly appreciated. The front office were awesome. We called Colby at least 5 times in the first two days with questions and he was so kind and patient with us. I will absolutely be coming back to stay here for my next vacation.

Excellent beach front condo

We enjoyed our stay in this extremely well equipped condo. All of the furnishings and fixtures are new and top of the line. The beds are very comfortable and the lighting is superb compared to many of the condos we have rented. Also, the owner went to great lengths to accommodate our special mobility needs by making the master bathroom and shower ADA compliant. You can’t go wrong renting this place.

Fabulous Condo with Outstanding Beachfront/Poolside Location In Exceptional “Horizons West Property” ! One of the best properties that we have ever stayed. Unbelievable views and Immaculate condo

The condo was well equipped and Charley and Horizons west went out of their way to make us feel at home. We accidentally left something at the condo and Charley went out of his way to ensure we received our grandsons toys back safe and sound. I cannot express my gratitude enough to everyone who took the time to make my trip . The condo was spotless and the grounds were spectacular. Nice views

We really enjoyed our time at Horizon West unit 204. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. There are beach toys, chairs, towels and a cabana for use. The only thing that bothered a bit was construction on both sides of the building and all those love bugs, but this has nothing to do with the owner or apartment. All in all se has a great time at Horizon West.

Wonderful vacation because of a great location

Horizons West and Unit 204, in particular, are outstanding. Steps from the beach with the included amenities made this vacation very relaxing and fun. The views from our lanai and sleeping with the sounds of the waves crashing against the shore were extra special. The beach, sand, pool, and lack of overcrowding are all as advertised. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Siesta Key and would 100% return here.

Wonderful Vacation

We really loved our stay and had such a fantastic time. The beach was beautiful and my family enjoyed the sea turtles the most. Viewing the eggs up close of a newly discovered nest was the highlight of the trip. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful condo with us. Top Notch - all the way.

This is one of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. Owner has spent the money to make it a luxury condo - extremely beautiful. Beach, location and amenities are awesome. The BEST vacation my husband and I have been on!

My husband and I go to a Florida beach every year (you cannot beat a Florida beach), but this was his first (my second) time at Siesta Key. The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos, in pristine condition and in such close proximity to the beach. The owner, Charley, is extremely accommodating and so many of the things we would have brought on our own he already had supplied. We rented bikes that were delivered to our condo and rode on the beach or around all the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods every morning. We can't wait to visit Siesta Key again and will for sure be making the right decision to stay in Horizons West.

Best Siesta Key Vacation Ever

The ultimate vacation condo on Siesta Key. We had full beachfront water views. We had a stunning beachfront swimming pool and hot tub. We could sunbathe around the pool and both see and hear the waves. We had the coolest ultra white sugar-soft beach sand with no rocks on a private section of beachfront. We had plenty of free beach chairs, loungers and cabanas. This a great location on the #1 beach in North America. We did not have the hassle of dragging chairs to the beach. We had convenient restrooms by the pool area. We had a great time walking the beach and enjoying the really nice December 2016 weather. The condo was remodeled and looked great. The kitchen and both bathrooms were very clean and had no UCK factor. The master bedroom had great views of the beach from the bed. The lanai or balcony was large and very private. We had full beach views and could listen to the waves. I started vacationing on Siesta Key with my parents in a condo across the street from the public beach. My husband and I tried staying closer to Siesta Key Village but away from the beach. This year we decided to find the best beachfront location and we found it. No long walks to the beach, no bringing our own chairs, No need to carry an ice chest, no roads and traffic to cross and convenient poolside restrooms. We will be back every year.
