Spacious, beautifully furnished private townhome steps away from Siesta Beach. Sliding glass doors off 4 of the rooms open out to balconies, 2 overlooking the lake featuring a fountain and marine turtles. Relax in a peaceful setting and watch the sky turn color at sunset. This end unit is at the rear of the lake circle so it's quiet & scenic with lots of natural light.
The upscale island-style furnishings are clean and comfortable. The bedrooms include a King size bed in the master suite and 1 Queen & a twin in the 2nd bedroom. There is also a pull-out sofa bed in the living room and an elevated air mattress with down pillow top stored in the master suite dressing area in case you have an unexpected guest stop by. With 10' ceilings and a raised dining loft, ceiling fans in every room, and a generous master suite with dressing area and walk-in closet.... it really is like having a second home for the week.
We have provided everything you need to make your vacation as accommodating as possible including 3 flat screen TVs (1 with built in DVD Player), free private hi-speed internet, a front loading full size washer & dryer, linens including beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen with all the gadgets and cookware, books, games and more. The condo also provides a pack-n-play crib and high chair.
A rare find from a Siesta Key Beach rental is a garage! So convenient if you are staying for a month or two. There you will find everything you need for the beach- chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets and a beach wagon to carry it all.
(*please note-the condo is on the 2nd floor and you need to walk up stairs to get to the front door. It is not wheelchair accessible.)
Not only is it across the street from the only beach on Siesta Key that is lifeguard protected, it's also very conveniently located to most everything. No need to drive and fight for parking. Take the free trolley (running every 20-30 minutes) to Siesta Village just less than a mile away for a variety of restaurants, boutique shops, water sport rentals and nightlife.
Other amenities while staying at Our House at The Beach is a beautiful heated pool, a barbecue and picnic area and tennis courts.
It is only 7 miles to downtown Sarasota. There you will find popular area attractions such as Mote Marine Aquarium, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota Jungle Gardens(flamingos galore!) and the Ringling Museum and Art Gallery. Cultural opportunities include Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the Asolo Reperatory Theatre .
For those who enjoy State Parks and, in particular, seeing alligators in the wild, try Myakka River State Park. You can take a narrated boat trip to see alligators. Tram rides and bike rentals are also available.

Everything was supplied for a fantastic vacation. The host thought of Everything. It was the best place we have ever stayed in. And the location was very handy to everything in Siesta key. Loved the free trolley and Frog Hop transportation.

Third year taking a winter break at Our House at the Beach and we’re already booked for next year. The property is clean and well maintained with everything we need for a week. We love to cook while we’re there so the kitchen is a key feature. Location is ideal just a short walk to the beach and close enough to the village via the Breeze bus. Gail and H are amazing hosts.

We liked our stay a lot. Very clean, convenient location, quiet, fully equipped with beach stuff. Easy communication with the manager. Just a few things. The mattress in the second bedroom is too soft, not comfortable. The washer and especially dryer are very loud.

Die Wohnung ist super. Tolle Aufteilung, alles da, was man braucht. Handtücher, Bettlaken, Kissen, alles in Hülle und Fülle. Ebenso Waschmittel und sonstige Haushaltsutensilien. Die Lage ist super, direkt gegenüber ist der Strandzugang. Auch zum Supermarkt fährt man nur sehr kurz. Alles top und sehr zu empfehlen

Great Holiday Week
We had a great stay at Gail's home. The location was perfect, a short walk across the street to the beach. The beach supplies/equipment, coolers etc were a bonus especially the wagon! The condo was very clean, had great amenities and looked exactly like the listing. Gail was very responsive to our questions. The highlight of our week was the fireworks on the beach which we watched right from the deck. Siesta Key was beautiful and I highly recommend Gails condo.

We loved our stay! Property was furnished beautifully and cleanliness was superior, very pleased. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. We were very close to the beach which we loved.Also, we appreciated the beach gear available to us, and it was wonderful having a garage to park in!If we get back to Siesta Keys we would definitely like to stay here again!! :)

Leisurely Vacation
Location was perfect. Condo was clean and well-stocked for both the "home" and beach days. Directly across from Siesat Key Beach. Trolley stop right out in front of complex which made traveling to and from the village easy. We loved our condo, we will be back soon!

Perfect for us!
The property was exactly like the listing. My husband, daughter, son in law and grand baby loves the layout. We all had our own space. Great layout! We flew in and were very appreciative of all the beach supplies!! It was a short walk across the street and through the oublic parking lot to the beach! Made our week very enjoyable!! Would definitely stay again!!!

Everything for the perfect beach vacation
The condo was very nice and roomy. Loved that they provided 4 beach chairs, beach towels and 2 wagons. The pool area was amazing and had a 2 very nice gas grills. We did make use of the free trolley and the Siesta Market in the village.

What more can you ask for
Awesome location, well outfitted for couples or families with small children too. Right across from Siesta Key Beach and playground. Trolley stop right at entrance to property in both directions. Not to mention garage parking with lockers stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. If you are not happy staying here then you are probably setting unrealistic expectations.

A great stay in paradise!
My husband and two teenaged children spent a glorious week in Gail's beach home in Siesta Key! The home is just as the photos show, if not better. There is a large living space to watch movies and play games. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to make meals. It was so nice to have coolers to take to the beach, as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets, toys, and a beach cart all available for our use. We enjoyed playing tennis in the evenings, swimming in the pool, and cooking out on the grill. The beach is in walking distance right across the street. A free trolley ran from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm to take us to town, restaurants, and the other beach options. We had an amazing week and look forward to coming again!

Exceeded our expectations!
We took our family of 2 kids (10,12) to Siesta Key and the space did not disappoint. In fact no detail was left out.We had an unforgettable experience and the condo truly made all the difference. We needed an extra bed in the second bedroom for my mother in law so this was perfect. The place was spotless, organized , perfect location, and had all the comforts of home.We would definitely come back!

easy life at the beach
The Host Gail is very attentive, easy to communicate with and has a lovely home home. The location is easy walk to the beach and access on and off Siesta Key. We enjoyed the walk to the Village and to Sarasota proper. going back again next year!
