Being on Siesta Key is one thing, but being on Cloud Nine on Siesta Key is the ultimate! Be among the first to enjoy this new 2024 renovation…all new everything. From the fresh new paint, new solid surface flooring, and new appliances to the stylish new furniture, this cozy little one bedroom / one bathroom bungalow is ready and waiting to be your go-to spot in the sun. Within walking distance to the popular Siesta Key Village, Cloud Nine is just one block off the beautiful beach as well. Load up the beach cart, 4 chairs and umbrella (all included) and choose between public beach access #7 or #8. “Where is my easy button?” asked Pinkie Flamingo. As a curator of vacation rental properties all along Florida's Gulf Coast, Pinkie knew a winner when she saw one. “This is adorable!” The private outdoor area adds to the charm, furnished with a picnic table, fire pit, conversation seating and a propane gas grill. Festive string lights set the mood for a relaxing evening under the stars.

Consistently ranked in the top beaches in America, Siesta Key enjoys a year-round appeal with everything a tourist might want close at hand…shopping, dining, beaches and fun! Siesta Key achieves its lofty position in the beach rankings among some fierce competition. While no beach can ever be considered a bad beach…(I mean it's a beach right?) This 8-mile barrier island delivers on every level imaginable! Public beach access points are frequent including the large Siesta Key Park, with dining, restroom facilities, lifeguards and lots of parking. “This is as world-class as it gets!” says Pinkie, who can often be spotted soaking up the sun on a sunny afternoon. A total beach snob of sorts, Pinkie is quick to highlight the exceptionally fine snow-white crunchy sand and wide walkable beaches. With a shallow shelf that extends far out in the Gulf, the turquoise sparkling water is almost always the right temperature for a dip. A free trolley carries patrons up and down the island…often with the ultimate destination of Siesta Key Village. The heart and soul of the island, “The Village” is the hub of activity with beach bars, restaurants and touristy shops..all within easy walking distance of this property.

Our stay here was perfect! The cottage was clean and modern. The kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy towels to use. The access to the beach and the Village cannot be beat!

Amazing Place To Stay!!!!!!!

If you are going to siesta, this place is a must stay! Amazing location across the screen from beach access and close to village with all the bars and shops. Extremely comfortable king bed and amazing outdoor space. A private oasis for your trip to paradise :)

This condo was absolutely perfect! The communication from start to finish was fantastic, and the cleanliness was truly 10/10 — spotless and so well taken care of. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from everything you want in Siesta Key.One of the best parts was how well-equipped the condo was for beach days. They provide everything: an outdoor shower, wagon, beach chairs, even a floatie. It made the whole trip so easy and enjoyable.I couldn’t recommend this place enough and am already planning my next trip back. If you’re thinking about booking, do it. You’ll love it here!

Birthday Weekend Holiday

Everything was just perfect!! We loved our stay!! Would love to stay here again on our next Siesta Key Beach stay!! Beach access was 3 min walk and the village walk was 6 Min. We really appreciated having beach supplies chairs, wagon and umbrella which were very well maintained! Thank you for thinking of the little things that made our stay so relaxing and comfortable!! We just felt like our own little beach house!!

Convenient and Comfortable

This is a newly remodeled beach cottage on Siesta Key. The location cannot be beat with the beach just across the street and the Village only a short walk away. Park your car and leave it.The furniture and accessories are all new and very comfortable. There is also a great outdoor with a BBQ grill and a firepit. For those who like to eat in, the place settings and cutlery are all new and plentiful, and the kitchen appliances are new and work well.This is a small cottage, but we spent 10 days there in July 2025. Beach chairs, etc. are provided for 4 people. Communication was quick and easy, and Pinkie Flamingo was very helpful and accommodating.This unit offers a very peaceful and comfortable respite.

Almost PERFECT

Terrific location across the street from the beach and easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. In the Village. Spotless apartment, completely redone after last fall's devastating hurricane. Fully equipped and functional kitchen open to the living area where the foldout couch is. Modern but small bathroom is through the bedroom. Both the convertible couch and the King bed in the bedroom were very comfortable.Only shortcomings — thus 4 stars — probably due to recent reopening: no wastebasket in the bathroom; no chair(s) in bedroom; a single towel rod in bath… no room for more, but in a unit that “sleeps 4” a good-sized towel rack must be provided elsewhere. There were only 2 of us, and we had to drape damp bath towels over chairs in the living room.That said, we would return to Pinkie's #9 and Siesta Key very happily!
