Spanning two levels and multiple living areas, this property is perfect for larger groups ready to explore all the Whitsundays Region has to offer.



Surrounded by lush tropical palms and only a short drive from Airlie Beach, this property is the perfect place to kick back and relax, enjoy a special occasion with friends and family or use as a gateway to access the famous Whitsunday Islands.



The Space:

This charming five bedroom, three bathroom home has all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay. Airlie Beach is a 15-minute drive away, where you will find the region's best restaurants, bars, cafes and Saturday markets!



Shutehaven is known as a very peaceful location and is the ultimate Whitsunday retreat!



This holiday home boasts open plan living, a fantastic sun deck with BBQ area, air conditioning throughout, two living areas and five large bedrooms comprising of three king room, one queen room and one twin room.



The show stopping pool will keep everyone entertained for hours after a day of exploring the Whitsunday Islands.



The property also features a laundry room and carport for two cars – no off street parking available for additional cars.

You will have entire access to the house including the private pool



The Neighborhood:

Shute Harbour offers some of the best views in the Whitsundays.

We have a very STRICT no party, no schoolies, or hens or bucks policy. Failure to adhear to our rental agreement and neighbourhood rules will result in guests being asked to vacate immedietly with no refund.

Breathtaking!

An absolutely breathtaking property to spend our family holiday! The home itself is beautifully designed, the pool and bath add that special touch. The view is absolutely worth the travel out of airlie itself, we look forward to returning in the future. The hosts were wonderful and made our stay so simple, thank you! I would highly recommend staying here, everyone in the family loved it!

Property was roomy enough for our 2 families. Views were to die for. Location was perfect. Property and furnishings were a little tired and could do with upgrade. Dishwasher didn't really clean properly. After a storm we were left without power for 5-6 hours even though there was a backup generator as owners had neglected to fill the gas bottles. Very unpleasant in January heat and humidity. When we spoke to the owners they were very dismissive. No compensation was offered.

Large house with fantastic views

Fantastic views Large house Nice pool Awkward parking I don't like to nit pick but we didn't like the fact there were only plastic cups and no glasses for drinking was a little disappointing We also had three people hit there heads on the low range hood . Over all it was a very nice place to stay.

Retirement Family Celebration

We wanted somewhere special to get together as a retirement celebration for my husband....and Shutehaven Villa didn't disappoint. Views are amazing! Saw whales nearly everyday of our stay. Stayed for 5nights. There were 9 of us on the weekend including 3 kids and then only 4 adults for the rest of the time. The kids loved the pool. Plenty of space for the whole family as 2 levels. Perfect for big groups. We only had one problem with hot water, which was dealt with by the host as soon as possible. Thankyou Chris.....We had a lovely stay. Regards, Sheridan

As advertised uninterrupted views

We enjoyed three days together before the family arrived ( 2 adults and three children) We enjoyed the pool and the Two living areas were great. I would like to have more linen (towels etc not enough for 8 days also having no dryer did not help with the constant rain. On arrival I was dissapointed not to have the basic salt and pepper cling wrap etc ( I left items for the next guest. Entering the front door low and behold "a broom and brush and dustpan"oh dear." Very disappointed and made to feel like 'do the house work 'etc.,. I was a little dissapointed the day the alarm engaged, and everyone assumed they could turn it off remotely. We had to spend several hours away from the property and it really ruined the day for us contact with the agent was good however we feel we were treated as it was of no great concern as an interruption to our day, however we understand that these things happen and we accepted it on good faith,I hope the few items that we left in the refrigerator and cupboard for the next guest or cleaning staff were accepted in good faith.
