Cypress Bay Townhomes

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing vacation at Cypress Bay Townhomes on Cypress Lake. It's located on a quiet cove of the lake on 15 acres of lush, green grass with plenty of trees for shade. Relax in a hammock or grill out on your private patio. Have a boat or jet skis? There's a boat dock right outside the back door. A public boat launch is just right down the road for your convenience. This is a great place for a family or several couples that just want to get away from the stress of everyday life.

The space
All types of boats are welcomed. The lake is big enough to ski, wakeboard, tube or Yolo Board.

Swimming is allowed but there is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

Great for fishing.

There is a charcoal grill available on the patio. Fire extinguishers are located next to the fireplace and in the kitchen next to the trash can.

There are exterior security cameras (only) at all exit doors. Please do not tamper with cameras. They are for your protection as well as mine.

Guest access
Picnic tables are available for add'l outdoor seating. Firewood if you come during the winter. Kitchen is fully equipped for major cooking! You are approximately 20-25 minutes from casinos and great restaurants.
If you are interested in renting a pontoon boat, please ask for details. The boat will be at your dock and ready to go upon boat rental agreement.

Other things to note
No pets allowed on property at all! If pets are seen, it will result in an immediate forfeiture of deposit! This is a very quiet and laid back community with only 14 other residences. Not set up for crazy parties, but casual family time.

I DO NOT rent to locals within a 50 mile radius.

Only 8 guest are allowed on the property at all times. This includes visitors. No more than 4 cars allowed. These infractions will also result in forfeiture of deposit.

Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Phil and Madison Wedding

This was the perfect size and location for our family to stay. It was very close to my son's wedding venue and close to their home in Bossier. My dad, his wife and I enjoyed having our coffee on the patio in the mornings. It was so quiet and peaceful. I only wish that we had more time to enjoy Shannon's beautiful home. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect!

Excellent Location to Sainte Terre and Gorgeous Views

Well kept townhome in quaint community. Very quiet and peaceful with gorgeous views of the reservoir. Rented a boat for the day and was an excellent addition to our visit for a wedding.

We had a super stay here. Traveled with my 86 year old mother, husband and two grown children. Lovely, clean property. We particularly enjoyed the patio overlooking the water while using the chimnea. The owner is extremely responsive!

Mom's 85th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful views, quiet area and friendly neighbors! Kids enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding, paddle boards were at the property. Beds were comfortable and place was extremely spacious. Also had toys and games for the young children to play. Everyone in our group had a great time.

50th birthday trip to Louisiana

This property was everything described plus more! Lake house had a beautiful view. This location is close to many main attractions and restaurants. The property owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely come back and I will choose this house again. You won’t be disappointed with this house and the service you get.
