"Attempting to communicate with hotel ownership was a challenge throughout.
Upon arrival, we experienced several significant issues. In addition to our room not being available at the promised check-in time, the room itself was in an unacceptable condition. We observed stained bed sheets, a stained mattress, very dirty floors, stains on the toilet and bathtub, and peeling paint.
Given the condition of the room, I was not comfortable staying there with my 16-year-old son. We immediately notified...

"Loved everything especially the availability of full kitchen with all cooking supplies. Great views of the city. Convenient location. Grocery store is in the same block. Wish the subway station was a little closer but we enjoyed walking . Amazing rooftop restaurant /lounge Ofelia on the 26th floor. Would stay there again"

"We stayed there with two small children, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious, and the bed with the curtain served as a little fort for them. The building seemed designed as an office building, so the floor was solid (soundproof), and the ceiling was high. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge was perfect! They also have a huge laundry room and a decent gym. The laundry room has some games, so kids can enjoy that too, and having laundry on site is extremely helpful with...
