"Spotlessly clean and well furnished accommodation, punching way above its weight as a guest house.
Room (#5) was very comfortable, with tasteful furnishings/fittings and well thought out use of space.
Nice balcony (with a couple of chairs and a small table) overlooking the seafront.
Jo and Buzz were gracious hosts and could not have been more helpful during our stay.
Breakfast excellent - eggs benedict especially recommended.
Free parking either on street, or in nearby car park.

"Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were super comfortable, room well maintained and all the staff we met were so super friendly and helpful. Thanks so much especially to Justine and Chris for making our stay so relaxed and easy. Can't say enough about this place!"

It’s was very good trip
And the hotel was very nice and clean I chose family room I thought it’s small
But when I opened the room it’s was very big very nice
Even they put coffee table with two chairs
Even my children have a good space
On the Room
Plus the hotel smell very very nice
All the time if I go there I will choose this hotel

Temperature of hot water in the sink bathroom tap was ridiculously hot and the cold tap was shut off.....
TV reception so poor was unable to watch
The room needs updating / modernising
Room needs attention ....Not enough electrical points or USB....
Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again .....better accomodation and requirements at other hotels for the price with no breakfast included...

"Turned up to be told the manager was out and wouldn’t be back for half an hour at least, so we couldn’t check in.
So had to sit and wait (we were supposed to be getting ready for a wedding).
Manager treated us as though we were some sort of nuisance wanting to check in. So after nearly 45 min she arrived and asked for a £200 deposit… this wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the listing.
The rooms were dirty (walls, floors and bedding), the tiled floors with missing grout in our bathroom were...
