  • Ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio y está a menos de 5 minutos a pie de los mejores restaurantes, tiendas, cafeterías y el famoso club de campo Shoal Bay.

     

    La fabulosa unidad de dos dormitorios tiene puertas corredizas de piso a techo en la sala de estar que se abren al soleado balcón cubierto con comedor al aire libre y vistas espectaculares a lo largo de la playa, también hay un televisor, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de CD y ventilador de techo disponible en La sala de estar.

     

    Una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, instalaciones de cocina completas, lavavajillas y la ventaja de tener una lavandería interna con una lavadora de carga superior, también hay un tendedero comunitario en la parte trasera del edificio.

     

    El dormitorio principal tiene un ventilador de techo, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene un ventilador de techo y un televisor que solo se puede utilizar con fines de DVD, perfecto para los niños.  El baño ha sido completamente renovado y ofrece ducha, inodoro y tocador.

    Hay un garaje comunitario con cerradura individual y un espacio para autos en frente del garaje en la entrada.

     

    'Shoal Towers' es perfecto para familias o parejas que desean escapar durante el fin de semana, la ubicación de este complejo es fantástica, a poca distancia de las tiendas de Bay Village, que incluyen IGA, quioscos, panaderías, cafeterías, restaurantes, así como el Game Fishing Club y el Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel, que ofrece comidas de bistró, tienda de botellas y entretenimiento. Perfecto para familias o parejas que desean escapar durante el fin de semana.

     

    Las sábanas y toallas no se proporcionan en la propiedad, usted tiene la opción de contratarlas o traerlas con usted, no se admiten mascotas y no existe una política de fiestas.

Ultimate relaxation

A quaint little unit that was comfortable, clean and in a great location with amazing views! Away from the traffic of the main street yet walking distance to everything we needed. We loved our stay here, it was enough for the 4 of us.

Great stay

Enjoyed another wonderful Easter break at Shoal Towers, will return again. Pleasantly surprised by the upgrades of new carpet and plantation shutters.

Beautiful view of shoal Bay

The location is superb, The property was well equipped. Take note that the property manager charge a credit card booking fee which is not mentioned at any stage of booking. When raised as an issue I got palmed between stays and the property agent neither really aware of what the other is doing.

Stay at Shoal Bay

The apartment was well equipped and although on the old side, was well maintained. Bathroom nicely done but small and well lit. Main bedroom large with comfortable bed, second bedroom small with two single beds and little room to move around. The location was fantastic with easy walking distance to restaurants and views from the balcony were stunning. Although a two bedroom apartment, definitely not big enough for four adults. Second floor location was not too inconvenient and use of a lockable garage was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing balcony makes you feel like you’re in the beach

We were lucky to get amazing weather and fortunately we made the most of the balcony having all meals outside. You can walk to the shops and in a few steps take a swim. The apartment is a bit outdated. Bathroom has been renovated. Kitchen has everything you need. It was useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher, though you need to bring your dishwasher tabs and everything else you might need (like a kitchen cloth).

Lovely view but communication and cleanliness was not

Agency communications were bad. They sent emails saying that I would be told about key collection 2 days before our arrival. That never happened. We went on spec to the agency and got them. Same with asking for 12 noon checkout. It was never confirmed as they told me it would. I asked when I collected the keys and was told it was on their computer, yet I got phone calls and messages about being out by 10am. The pack of coffee, tea, dish soap and sponge was paltry at best. I wish they just didn’t bother. The carpet in the apartment was filthy and needed a good vacuuming. Unacceptable! Is the cleaning ever checked? The poor service means we will not rent through that agency ever again.

Great location, all the facilities you want

Great location, walk across the road to the beach, 2nd floor unit with great views over the beach and water, walk to great restaurants, IGA, liquor store. Full kitchen fully equipped with all you need.
