Staffs was really helpful and friendly and room are so clean! Plenty of convenient store near by! Especially on the 26th floor set up for traveller to relax! That Hughappy chairs are one of the kind, Me and my friend just fell asleep after we sat down! Really relaxing

We didn’t get the check in instructions 24 hours ahead as indicated. Also nobody answered the phone number posted on the door. This made for a terrible check in.
