Westbrook is a beautifully modernised former fisherman's cottage offering self‑catering holiday accommodation in Sheringham, just a short walk from the blue‑flag Sheringham beach and the bustling town centre. Perfect for families, couples and walkers, this charming two‑bedroom cottage provides everything you need for a relaxing break on the North Norfolk coast. Located in a peaceful spot off Cliff Road, Westbrook combines traditional character with modern comfort, making it an ideal choice for anyone searching for a dog‑friendly holiday cottage in Sheringham with private parking and easy access to coastal paths.
Ground floor: Front door opening into Lounge: with comfortable seating and TV leading into Dining room and Kitchen: with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine, dining table, door leading to small courtyard with table and two chairs. Door to: Family bathroom: bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.
First floor: Traditional steep stairs leading to: 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 double bedroom with feature fireplace.
Please note: Outside: small courtyard with rattan sofa . Amenities: Driveway parking suitable for small car. Wi-Fi. Stairgate available. 2 x Well behaved dogs welcome at £20.00 per pet, per week. Great location, great sized property

Great location, great sized property, bigger than you think it is going to be! Only down side was the access to the property with the car, extremely narrow road and our car wouldn't fit on the drive. Sheringham is a lovely place to stay.

Excellent location Property plenty big enough for two adults Generally clean and tidy inside although the ice box was dripping all over the fridge Outside wasn’t good Needed weeding and sweeping as a minimum

Nice property

The location is convenient for the town and the beach. The house is recently renovated and attractive with a well equipped kitchen. Problems- it was not clean, dust bunnies under the beds, cobwebs in corners, grime on window sills and skirtings: the road is very narrow and choked with parked cars: the beds are very narrow: only one small chest of drawers for storage in the twin room: no mirror in the twin room: the outside seating area is an unattractive triangular back yard with cracked concrete, no planting and a tiny, rickety table for two.

Nice cottage, outside could do with a tidy

We had a lovely stay in Westbrook this week. It's a nice little cottage, more spacious than the pictures suggest. The kitchen is well-equipped, with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware, beds are comfy and the shower is decent (although a little low!). The location is great, just 5 mins walk from both Sheringham High St and the promenade/beach. Where the cottage falls down a bit is on the general upkeep - the drive and outside areas need a good tidy up and hiring a window cleaner wouldn't go amiss. We did mention this on the feedback form so hopefully the agent will sort this out. The master bedroom would benefit from a small dressing table or chest of drawers as there's not a lot of surface space and a full-length mirror would be a great addition. Other than these small things it's a great little cottage, perfect for a short break or week's holiday.

Great stay and parking!

So rare to get a property in sheringham with parking, this was so good! The property was great! Great location, nice rooms, clean, well equipped. The beach is only a couple minutes walk, town is only a few minutes walk. Getting the key was easy. Towels and bedding were included. Probably not good for anyone with mobility issues as bathroom downstairs. We have already looked when we can book here again.

Lovely quaint cottage ideal location in the centre of Sheringham

Great cottage well equipped and a few lovely touches only a couple of minor things identified in paper feedback could make the cottage perfect! 50mb Broadband brilliant for families with teenagers!
