Occupying two floors of the house, and featuring a spa bath, big bay windows and tasteful decor, this delightful retreat is perfect for beach lovers, nature watchers and walkers exploring the region’s stunning coastline, quaint villages, beautiful nature reserves and glorious countryside.
The Victorian-tiled hallway leads through to the stylish lounge. With soft furnishings, an open fire and Smart TV, this is an ideal space for everyone to unwind. The lounge leads through to a spacious and elegant dining room perfect for enjoying family feasts and celebratory meals which you can cook in the beautiful kitchen, which has a lovely conservatory-style breakfast area. The ground floor also features a wet room and a utility room with plenty of additional kitchen equipment. Upstairs, you will have a choice of three relaxing bedrooms: two super-king-size rooms, each with a Victorian-era feature fireplace, and a nautically themed twin room. The first floor also has a bathroom, a shower room and a cosy snug with a Smart TV. Outside, the enclosed back courtyard has garden furniture and makes a lovely space to sit out and relax. The gate leads onto a path which winds down to the beach 150 metres away.
Sheringham is a great base for fishing, golf and lazing on the beach, with a wealth of great places to eat and drink. Cromer and Salthouse are just along the coast, with other local attractions including Muckleburgh Military Collection, Felbrigg Hall and Baconsthorpe Castle, all within 6 miles.
