The property location is five minutes from Hollywood Casino and Racetrack, Close to Shepherdstown, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry and Maryland Heights. Whitetail resort is about an hour away to enjoy tubing and skiing. Shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and much more within 5 to 10 minutes.Go an Additional 15 minutes and you have several wineries and breweries to enjoy!

About our Rooms:
Main Room- "The Hive" aka the living room: Unwind & Relax with a 55 Inch Smart HDTV, With Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Paramount + and Disney Plus! Enjoy FREE high-speed Wi-Fi. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace with a realistic electric flame and a large Sectional with lots of pillows and extra throw blankets.

Dining and Kitchen Area:Tasteful decor, We have a coffee and tea bar with a Keurig that is available to use. (Hot chocolate - is seasonal) Local Coffees also available to try!

Entertainment Room: Off the kitchen/dining area is a great spot to sit and cuddle up with a good book ( many provided) or bring your own (you can also bring a book to donate to our mini library! ) We have board games and some toys for you and your family to enjoy. We also have a dedicated work area should you so desire.

Bedroom 1- Blush in color and stunning to the eye! Full/Double bed, with many pillows, Comforter and a throw blanket. Adorable bee themed lamp with USB ports for charging and an alarm clock. Walk In closet to hang items and a luggage chair. Storage shelf, Stand and TV.

Bedroom 2- Blue/Teal/Grey in color and welcoming! ! Full/Double bed, with many pillows, Comforter and a throw blanket. Adorable bee themed lamp with USB ports for charging and an alarm clock. Walk In closet to hang items and a luggage chair. Storage shelf, Stand and TV.

Bedroom 3- Primary Room: Yellow/Grey in Color with a Wildflower/Honey Bee theme. Queen bed, with many pillows, Comforter and a throw blanket. Adorable bee themed lamp with USB ports for charging and an alarm clock. Walk In closet to hang items and a luggage chair. Stand with a TV, private bath with Double vanity and Full length mirror.

Back porch/Pool Area: Propane Fireplace with patio furniture to create a fun, warm and relaxing atmosphere. (pool is closed for the season) Picnic table and cute bench available to sit and view the flowers in bloom! We have several Calla Lilies, Lilies, Bleeding hearts, Wildflower Galore, mums and much more! In the summer time we have many games to accompany the pool and festivities. We also host pool parties! The whole rear yard is fenced in with a 6 foot privacy fence, taller in some areas.

*If you want to book a pool party please message host before booking! It is a above ground pool - Very large and has a deck, yard, games, inflatables, sun chairs and more! Hourly rentals and private - Guest have full use of the house as well. *

Their is a train nearby- if you are a light sleeper we recommend bringing ear plugs or a device to help mute the sound.
