"We love the Rochestown Hotel in Dun Loagherie. This is our second year in a row of using it as a home base near my aunt and uncle. We also love being within walking distance of Forty Foot beach access and the ability to swim with other open water swimmers.
This is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in for along time. We were on a 20 day vacation and stayed in over 10 places and this is by far the best place we have been this year. The bed was comfy, the room very clean and spacious,...

"The hotel was nice, however we were at the front of the hotel and it was quite noisy for a long time last night. The window didn't close properly so this didn't help.
The room was nice and clean.
A bottle of water in the room would have been good.
Staff at reception were lovely and very helpful and the restaurant staff were very helpful.
Thanks and yes I would stay here again"

"This place was SO beautiful with lovely gardens to explore. We came in on a red-eye and were AMAZED and DELIGHTED that they let us in at 1030 in the morning! It changed our day! Beautiful lounge where we had coffee and scones, overlooking the magnificent garden. Room was comfortable and remodeled, but not sure why they would install separate cold and hot water faucets instead of having a blended faucet?? "Room was big, I will give that, but that is about it. The bed was the most atrocious bed I have slept on, collapsing to the side and hard! Pillow was just a slim and superflat pillow which looked more like a cushion than a pillow. Bathroom could do with some TLC as a lot of mould was in the shower. Reception is on the third floor, meaning you have to climb three floors and escalators with absolutely nothing, empty spaces completely non utilised, why????Overall, incredibly underwhelming...

Very nice rooms right next to the mall in Dublin so very accessible!
My only complaint would be about the plumbing, at least in my room you could hear when anyone flushed the toilet it made a very dreadful sound but was easy to tune out after the first day"
