Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bett und Matratze (angenehme Härte) waren in Ordnung. Sehr schön, das Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive waren, obwohl in der Beschreibung etwas anderes stand. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Frühstück war sehr gut. Teppichboden im Zimmer war wegen Hausstauballergie nicht so gut. Aber ansonsten war das Zimmer und Hotel sehr gut. Tiefgarage als parkmöglichkeit war auch gut.
