Parties, late nights, and stag and hen parties are NOT ALLOWED.

Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM / 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.

There are only 3 parking spaces. Please plan to park a maximum of 3 cars. From 10:00 PM onwards, music and noise pollution must be kept to a minimum.

A €2,000 deposit will be required upon entering the house by bank imprint (no cashing). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.

The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 8 people. A Minut noise-cancelling sensor is installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood.
