  • - Precioso piso ático a estrenar en pleno centro de Sevilla.
    Ideal para familias o grupos de trabajo.
    El alojamiento es extremadamente luminoso, silencioso y tranquilo, ideal para descansar, relajarse o trabajar.
    Está situado en el céntrico barrio de Santa Catalina. Dotado de zona de trabajo, con conexión por fibra óptica de internet (Wifi y/o Lan) de alta velocidad.
    Consta de amplio y elegante salón con dos cómodos tresillos, dos butacas, estanterías, sillas, zona de trabajo, TV 43” por Satélite, canales privados y cadenas internacionales.
    Cocina independiente, 3 dormitorios, uno de ellos Suite, 2 cuartos de baños y terraza.
    Dormitorio 1, dos camas individuales, dormitorio 2, dos camas individuales con acceso a un baño privado, dormitorio 3 dos camas individuales dando a la terraza. Segundo cuarto de baño con entrada desde el pasillo. Los cuartos de baño están equipados con ducha y secador. Champú/gel incluido.
    Todas las camas son individuales por lo que se pueden juntar o separar según deseo de los huéspedes.
    Amplio salón muy luminoso con dos accesos directos a la terraza.
    La Cocina está preparada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje necesario para hacer su estancia muy cómoda y agradable.
    Disponen de toda la ropa de cama, y baño necesarios.
    La vivienda dispone de dos sistemas de A/A y calefacción centralizada con dos zonas independientes, dormitorios y zonas de estar.
    Para los bebés disponemos de trona, cuna y carrito de paseo.
    Muy bien comunicado.
    Apartamento céntrico rodeado de zona monumental y turística, de bares, restaurantes, farmacias, supermercados..

The apartment is in the perfect spot. Jose Luis’ communication was timely and always available. The apartment itself is gorgeous. We traveled with our grown sons (21 and 23), and had more than enough room to spread out. The places to eat in the square are excellent. All of them. Short walk to the Setas. It was home base for us and loved coming back to the apartment after day trips to Granada and Cordoba. Have to say, the apartment was a big part of our experience in Sevilla. We loved it.

The apartment was perfect, even nicer than the pictures! Our host could not be more gracious and accommodating - we were made to feel at home immediately, in fact, long before we arrived with useful information and tips. Travel plans changed slightly – Jose was always kind and understanding. If I could give Jose 10 stars – I would! ! One of the best vacation experiences we have ever had! Highly recommended.

Jose was a excellent host went above and beyond to help us when we were stranded with our car issue, communicated in a timely manner to all our concerns and questions. Arrived to food in the fridge, wine, fruit, chocolate. Beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well. Very centrally located to restaurants, markets. As Jose had indicated to us you don't need a car in this area.

This was the perfect central and comfortable location for our university graduation trip with our two adult children. Had visited Seville before and this was in the perfect location to see the sites, and take day trips from the train station. Apartment was spacious, updated, clean and equipped with the standard amenities that make a VRBO worth it, not to mention the pantry and refrigerator stocked with staples to get our trip off to a great start. Would stay there again will highly recommend to friends.

Very clean apartment. Has washer dryer, dishwasher. Everything was in good condition. Great balcony-we used it a lot. Apartment has at least 2 A/C. We didn't use 3d bedroom, don't know if it also has air-condition. One of the best apartments we rented for last 20 years. Thanks.

Very nice appartement located in center of old town Sevilla. You are in walking distance of every thing. The welcome present from Jose, wine, bread, egg, milk. have i never recieved before.

Great stay in Seville

This spot is located fairly centrally. Excellent neighborhood feel and easy access to walk wherever you may want in 30 minutes. We loved our stay. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, especially the terrace. Very convenient and walkable to most places; quiet and clean. We were provided lots of information by Jose Luis who is a great host. The building has a small elevator which made it nice for luggage and groceries. Can definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults with great facilities and the air conditioning was a huge relief from the heat! Easy walking to all the sites and fantastic choice of restaurants. José Luis was a perfect host and the treats he left on arrival were a special touch - highly recommended!

Lovely Penthouse

The apt was as advertised spacious well appointed and central to the attractions. Check in was seamless and exceeded in ease above many other VRBo rentals. Jose was gracious to make available a host of recommendations for local restaurants and sites. We enjoyed our stay.

The most excellent hosts. Fantastic space. Great location. Most generous welcome pack I’ve ever experienced. We unfortunately had a medical emergency and the host was incredible. They were very responsive to our requests and really made us feelWelcome.
