Ideal para familias o grupos de trabajo.
El alojamiento es extremadamente luminoso, silencioso y tranquilo, ideal para descansar, relajarse o trabajar.
Está situado en el céntrico barrio de Santa Catalina. Dotado de zona de trabajo, con conexión por fibra óptica de internet (Wifi y/o Lan) de alta velocidad.
Consta de amplio y elegante salón con dos cómodos tresillos, dos butacas, estanterías, sillas, zona de trabajo, TV 43” por Satélite, canales privados y cadenas internacionales.
Cocina independiente, 3 dormitorios, uno de ellos Suite, 2 cuartos de baños y terraza.
Dormitorio 1, dos camas individuales, dormitorio 2, dos camas individuales con acceso a un baño privado, dormitorio 3 dos camas individuales dando a la terraza. Segundo cuarto de baño con entrada desde el pasillo. Los cuartos de baño están equipados con ducha y secador. Champú/gel incluido.
Todas las camas son individuales por lo que se pueden juntar o separar según deseo de los huéspedes.
Amplio salón muy luminoso con dos accesos directos a la terraza.
La Cocina está preparada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje necesario para hacer su estancia muy cómoda y agradable.
Disponen de toda la ropa de cama, y baño necesarios.

Un sitio buenisimo, bonito, elegante limpio.....no se puede pedir mas. La comunicacion con el dueño fue excelente , atento a cada llamada para ayudar. Nos encantaria volver en nuestro proximo viaje a Sevilla. Muchas gracias por habernos alquilado tu casa. Fue una estancia perfecta.

This apartment provided a perfect base for our family's four-night first-time stay in Seville. It was a five-minute taxi ride from Santa Justa train station. The access to the apartment was fast and easy. It was very clean. The welcome pack in the well-equipped kitchen was a nice touch. Bedding and mattresses were of a high standard. Closets were ample. Location was excellent and quiet. It was hot during our stay and the AC worked well. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to beautiful Seville.

Wir haben die FeWo mit 4 Freunden gebucht und gemeinsam festgestellt, dass sie ist besser als die Beschreibung. Sie ist komfortabel, absolut sauber und gepflegt und die Dachterrasse zum Entspannen super.Das Viertel - Santa Catalina - ist sehr chillig und doch kann man dort wunderbar essen und trinken. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig. Und dann ist da noch der Gastgeber. Er ist äußerst aufmerksam und war für unsere Fragen immer erreichbar. Nach einem langen Reisetag haben wir uns besonders über das Willkommensbier neben den anderen Lebensmitteln gefreut. Mit anderen Worten, diese FeWo ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was top notch. He did everything to answer questions and help us out. You could tell he wanted to make sure we would enjoy the apartment and the area. Great area to walk to the major sights and shopping. It really was one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. Would not stay any place else in Seville!

My family of four (including 8 and 6 year old girls) loved this place. The location is great - on a quiet street without traffic but just walking distance to many plazas, cafes, and Las Setas. The apartment itself is spacious - one bedroom with two beds in the front and two bedrooms in the back. Two large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! We took advantage of the outdoor patio for some quiet reading time in the sun.José Luis was very prompt with his responses to questions we had. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we needed it. We were sad to leave - it was a great spot!

Very spacious house, conveniently located in Seville. Walkable distance from all tourist attractions, Flamenco classes etc.My wife and I had a great stay at Seville. José was an amazing host and supported us throughout the stay.Would love to stay here again.

We were charmed the moment we opened the door of the apartment. It's spacious, very clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also very comfortable and we appreciated the finer touches that justify the use of the word luxury to describe the property.We enjoyed the items that Jose Luis provided, including coffee, wine,eggs, milk -- and it's nice to have some basics so that you don't immediately need to find a grocery.We would highly recommend this property, and will use it again if we're back in Sevilla.

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

The apt was as advertised spacious well appointed and central to the attractions. Check in was seamless and exceeded in ease above many other VRBo rentals. Jose was gracious to make available a host of recommendations for local restaurants and sites. We enjoyed our stay.

I would really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed the location, not as busy as the touristy cathedral area, but plenty going on. We enjoyed a couple of nights out at El Rinconcillo. And drinks in the bars just outside. Easy walking distance to everything. Inside is very spacious. Bathroom facilities great. Enjoyed the balcony, even in December some afternoon sun.We were looked after so well by Jose Luis, communication is excellent and he really came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to stay an extra night in the apartment, despite it being a very busy time of year for him.Thankyou again.

We had a perfect stay and a very nice time. The apartment is great and very tastefully decorated. José Luis is the perfect host and always helpful. The apartment is quietly located in a side street and only 70 meters from a small square where there are some nice bars. I can only recommend the apartment and would book it again.

Nice, clean apartment in a safe neighborhood. Using the appliances was a bit tricky for us; however, the apt. came with detailed instructions. Owner very responsive to inquiries. Mas is the closest full-service grocery store. We recommend braXas nearby restaurant for dinner. Hotel Don Paco was close by for out of town tour pick-ups. You are responsible to bring the trash close by to bins behind Santa Catalina church upon leaving. We enjoyed a comfortable stay!

Lovely apartment - clean, spacious and well equipped. Great location - on a quiet street but with bars, restaurants and shops nearby and easy walk to the main sights. Jose Luis made the check in and check out process very easy for us (despite our late arrival due to plane delays) and offered us great local tips and we really appreciated the breakfast and snack items provided for our arrival.

We loved this apartment and the location was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable. Jose was very helpful communicating about our stay and answering any questions we had. The location was wonderful-such a neat neighborhood. Just a short walk to the Setas and so many tapas bars in the area. The apartment was perfect for us and our two teenagers. We were sad to leave the area after just a few days and hopefully will be back. Highly recommend this apartment and host! Wonderful experience.

After several days at this great apartment my husband and I drove to Portugal for 2 weeks, then returned to the apartment for another 4 nights. It was as wonderful as we remembered - spotlessly clean, everything so easy and walking out into the lively neighborhood - so many tapas bars and restaurants and close to just everything. If possible we actually enjoyed it even more the 2nd time around - being familiar with the area. Loved the terrace and spent at least an hour or 2 with books and wine and snacks hanging out there. Air conditioning was great - worked quietly and perfectly. Can’t say enough about José - so kind and helpful and always available to communicate. We asked for help getting taxi’s both times and he got that done for us right away. For some reason we had trouble doing that but José kindly did that for us. He also left wonderful snacks, water, strawberries, coffee, tea etc. for us which was much appreciated. Many thanks again to Jose and Rosa - you are the perfect hosts and your apartment is the perfect rental - we hope to return someday! Debbie and Ed

Beautifully furnished large 3 bedroomed penthouse apartment in the middle of the old town on Seville. Very well stocked flat with everything you could need for a very comfortable stay. Gorgeous location with all the main destinations within walking distance. Lovely outdoor balcony with comfy relaxing furniture. Although central quiet at night in the flat. Very helpful owner. Thoughtful milk, eggs, tea, coffee etc left ... stairs but lift available. Highly recommend - perfect!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 3 nights before heading to Portugal for 2 weeks. We are also able to rent it for 4 nights on our way back before flying home. We are loving Portugal - it will make leaving much easier knowing we have the Seville apartment to look forward to. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in a great location. Exploring during the day, relaxing with wine on the great terrace before heading back out for delicious food. Heaven! The host was always available and there was no any problem with communicating. If you’re visiting Seville we cannot recommend enough this apartment! Thank you José Luis and Rosa for everything!
