Ideal for families or work groups.
The accommodation is extremely bright, quiet and quiet, ideal to rest, relax or work.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Seville. Our host was warm, welcoming and very responsive both before arrival and throughout our visit.The location is very central, and a helpful local guide was provided to make exploring easy. Despite being right in the heart of the city, the flat was incredibly quiet and we slept really well throughout our stay.Everything was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with all essentials provided and some much-appreciated touches (including energy drinks for the marathon!). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the beds especially so.Communication was excellent, with clear information shared in advance and any additional requests handled quickly and generously. Overall, Jose was a great host and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was the perfect central and comfortable location for our university graduation trip with our two adult children. Had visited Seville before and this was in the perfect location to see the sites, and take day trips from the train station. Apartment was spacious, updated, clean and equipped with the standard amenities that make a VRBO worth it, not to mention the pantry and refrigerator stocked with staples to get our trip off to a great start. Would stay there again will highly recommend to friends.

Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, especially the terrace. Very convenient and walkable to most places; quiet and clean. We were provided lots of information by Jose Luis who is a great host. This apartment provided a perfect base for our family's four-night first-time stay in Seville. It was a five-minute taxi ride from Santa Justa train station. The access to the apartment was fast and easy. It was very clean. The welcome pack in the well-equipped kitchen was a nice touch. Bedding and mattresses were of a high standard. Closets were ample. Location was excellent and quiet. It was hot during our stay and the AC worked well. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to beautiful Seville.

Sevilla mit Freunden

Wir haben die FeWo mit 4 Freunden gebucht und gemeinsam festgestellt, dass sie ist besser als die Beschreibung. Sie ist komfortabel, absolut sauber und gepflegt und die Dachterrasse zum Entspannen super.Das Viertel - Santa Catalina - ist sehr chillig und doch kann man dort wunderbar essen und trinken. Die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig. Und dann ist da noch der Gastgeber. Er ist äußerst aufmerksam und war für unsere Fragen immer erreichbar. Nach einem langen Reisetag haben wir uns besonders über das Willkommensbier neben den anderen Lebensmitteln gefreut. Mit anderen Worten, diese FeWo ist wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Perfect place

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean, beautiful, and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was top notch. He did everything to answer questions and help us out. You could tell he wanted to make sure we would enjoy the apartment and the area. Great area to walk to the major sights and shopping. It really was one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. Would not stay any place else in Seville!

An absolute gem!

My family of four (including 8 and 6 year old girls) loved this place. The location is great - on a quiet street without traffic but just walking distance to many plazas, cafes, and Las Setas. The apartment itself is spacious - one bedroom with two beds in the front and two bedrooms in the back. Two large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen! We took advantage of the outdoor patio for some quiet reading time in the sun.José Luis was very prompt with his responses to questions we had. He even arranged a taxi for us to the airport when we needed it. We were sad to leave - it was a great spot!

Lovely apartment

We were charmed the moment we opened the door of the apartment. It's spacious, very clean, well maintained and quiet. It's also very comfortable and we appreciated the finer touches that justify the use of the word luxury to describe the property.We enjoyed the items that Jose Luis provided, including coffee, wine,eggs, milk -- and it's nice to have some basics so that you don't immediately need to find a grocery.We would highly recommend this property, and will use it again if we're back in Sevilla.

Beautiful accommodation!

Just spent a fantastic weekend here with friends. The apartment is beautiful and immaculately presented. There were 4 of us (2 couples) and due to the size of the apartment we were all very comfortable and the facilities were superb. The host Jose Luis was excellent throughout with clear and timely communication re arrival, entry procedures etc as well as providing a huge amount of info re places of interest, best tapas bars etc. A great stay in a great location, we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Great City Break

I would really recommend this apartment. We enjoyed the location, not as busy as the touristy cathedral area, but plenty going on. We enjoyed a couple of nights out at El Rinconcillo. And drinks in the bars just outside. Easy walking distance to everything. Inside is very spacious. Bathroom facilities great. Enjoyed the balcony, even in December some afternoon sun.We were looked after so well by Jose Luis, communication is excellent and he really came to our rescue when our flight was cancelled, allowing us to stay an extra night in the apartment, despite it being a very busy time of year for him.Thankyou again.
