This incredible brand new cabin built January 2025 features the most breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling picture windows that offer a panoramic and unobstructed view over our incredible Smoky Mountains. You'll find yourself truly in awe watching the view any time of the day in any weather.
The mountain views are truly remarkable at this property and have been the frame for construction. Witness the changing of the weather in all its beautiful any time of the day, any season and any weather, it's truly awe inspiring and magical!

This cabin is decorated for Christmas from approximately December 1 through 31. The exact dates will be scheduled based on guest turnover dates so these exact dates are not guaranteed but they are an estimate for the installation and removal dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
This is not a requirement but is highly recommended. Travel insurance can protect you if someone in your party becomes sick, from natural disasters, and other unforeseen events, depending on your policy. Please look for Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) policies for the most comprehensive coverage. We follow our cancellation policy so it's important that you purchase travel insurance if you feel you may need to cancel your reservation before arrival or for additional peace of mind.
Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.
Military, Veteran, Police & Firefighter Discount
We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in. Please note that this offer excludes the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Eve/Day.

This cabin is in a private neighborhood at the top of the mountain featuring incredible mountain views.
Getting Around:
In the winter months we highly recommend four-wheel-drive. This will be needed if it snows. We do not offer any refunds for inclimate weather.
Other Things to Note:
You will be driving up mountain roads to access this home and these incredible views.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available for guest communications from 8am through 10pm. We highly suggest to check in by 10pm as we are not available for communications after 10pm.
