Great views!

Great view …. The air hockey table is kid sized an doesn’t blow air and there was no hot tub as pictured(didn’t find out it was gone until after booked) However it was super clean and the views were beautiful. Would definitely stay here again for a short trip.

There were many amenities listed online as part of the package and shown in pictures that were not included in our cabin. I wanted to relax in the hot tub each day, for example, but there was not one.

Loved everything about the stay here, views, layout, all of the above! The one thing that was disturbing is the upstairs master if you will shower was completely clogged. I tried plunging it and nasty black stuff was coming out. So we as a family had to split 1 bathroom between 4 of us

It would be nice if a description of the parking was listed. We brought a trailer for our side by side and motorcycle. No where to park it. Found a local willing to allow us to park it at there property. We got lucky!!!

The space and the views were amazing! Our third cabin in three years in the Smokey mountains and this one was the absolute best, no contest.

First impression not good!

Grass had nit been cut it was waist high and the grill and fire pit was in the tall grass. Getting in was easy finding it was easy but inside the blu ray player worked but could not stream or watch TV called and was told maintenance would be out next day they was not so called again it took 4 days before they came out needless to say w ebook the box out of 1 of the bedrooms and used it in the living room so only had 2 tvs when I paid for 3 also the microwave quit working came and looked t it 1 day and came back another day to bring a new one we were leaving the next day found a dirty sock in the back of the couch. On the us side it had plenty of towels nd the washer n dryer worked plenty of room close neighbors but nice views! Wouldn't recommend Vacasa. I did get a credit of $121 paid $1200.00 Pigeon Forge never disappoints!

So so…

The cabin itself was nice. The road/hillside is very step so be careful. Overall the cabin itself was clean, except for the sheets on the bed wasn’t washed, there was still hair and food on it. The cabins beds were extremely hard, and the couch was pretty old. I’d give this a 3 star review.

Beautiful views and home

Great spacious home with beautiful views from all 3 balconies. Just sitting at the dinner table eating., the view was amazing. Not to mention that table was large enough to sit our entire family to enjoy a meal all together. We all loved the location and the log cabin feel of the place to set the mood in the smoky mountains. It would have been nice to have been warned of the steep angles going up to the cabin. Especially coming from south Texas and not used to such types of roads. The temperature in the cabin was bit of a problem. The temperature in the rooms downstairs was really hot and you could only go as low as 72 degrees. If you turned the unit off it was comfortable downstairs but freezing upstairs. The thermastat upstairs could not be controlled because it was locked and it was always cold. Glad I took my own blanket because the extra blanket they had in the dresser drawer was so smelly we could tell it was used and not washed. That hit the floor immediately. Please don't get me wrong, we really loved the place but I had to mention these few items so they can correct for the next family that will enjoy it even more than we did. Until next time, see ya another time.

Beautiful and relaxing

Our stay was everything that we wanted for our weekend getaway. The cabin was very clean and the beautiful. I think my 5 year old daughter confirmed we choose the right place when she woke up in the morning and looked out the windows at the mountains and said look at that view. The only issue we had was the trip wasn’t long enough. Thank you for having us!

Best Vacation Ever

Coming from Florida, we were completely new to the mountains. This cabin did not let down when it came to views. It was very clean and had all of the amenities listed. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and had some cleaning supplies as well. The kids loved the hockey table upstairs as well. We had multiple fires in the fire pit and loved every second of staying in this cabin. We are already planning to come back!

Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and the views were spectacular. The neighborhood was wonderful. The only thing missing is regular live tv, my wife loves to relax at night and watch the news or other local programs. That would be the only thing missing here
