- You can check-in as late as you want, 3 days before check-in you will receive a unique pin code that will activate at Check-In (4:00 PM). This code will expire after 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

The 3 full baths are all en-suite bathrooms so the guests sleeping in the bunk & sofa beds will need to share the bathrooms. Half bath is on the main floor.

Lawn care happens every Friday (unless weather forces it to be delayed till Saturday).

We have a pest control company that comes and treats monthly.

Please remember that this is a naturally wooded area where there are bugs, insects, and other wildlife, potential bears. They are an inherent part of the magnificent Smoky Mountains region. We ask that you please be mindful and clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures. We also recommend bringing bug spray for when you're outside.

There are two outdoor Ring cameras on the property for insurance and security reasons; by the parking area & by the front patio.
