The cabin was beautiful and had so many perks. We had fun game nights in the game room with the pool table and arcade. We also enjoyed being able to fish right out our back door at the private pond. The fireplace was warm and cozy on the chilly nights. The hosts were wonderful. They messaged us before and after check in to make sure everything was okay and were very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for my husband and I. It was nice and clean when we arrived and had a great view. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge depending on traffic but there are restaurants, shops, moonshine, and wineries within 5 minutes of the cabin.

The cabin was just as described. Just beware that there is a skinny spiral staircase to get upstairs from the game room. Using the out door access to the 2nd floor is much easier to navigate, especially with baggage and stuff. Enjoyed the property regardless. Fishing in the private pond was the best.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was so cozy, and the location was incredible. We saw several bears. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view of the pond. We also enjoyed fishing. Definitely recommend this cabin to others. Would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at The Fishing Hole! The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us! The bed was very comfortable! The kitchen worked well for the little cooking we did. We were 10 minutes from the entrance to Great Smokey Mountain National Park, which meant quick access to the trails! Husband did a little fishing (unsuccessful but still fun!) Geese visited our pond both days. We had a fire in the fire pit both nights, which was the perfect end to our days!

The cabin and property was wonderful. Secluded enough from the main road that road noise was not an issue. The cabin and overall property is clean and well kept and comes essentially fully stocked with everything you need for however long you plan on staying. We had one very minor issue that turned out to be an extra smoke detector chirping with a bad battery. We were told the maintenance guy would come take care of it that night but he ended up coming in the following morning. After he took care of it me gave us a gift card and apologized. The apology nor the gift card were necessary but it meant a lot that the staff cares about us and their guests and will do whatever is necessary to make things right. If we ever return to Wears Valley we will definitely book with this cabin again! P.S. We had bears on our porch at least two out of the four nights we stayed!

Great Mountain Views

Great area without the steep mountain hills and roads. This cabin is tucked away with some privacy and you have a community pool for kiddos. The bed slept great. The only thing I had an issue with was shower pressure. You also have stairs to climb for anyone that can't climb. I would definately stay here again.

Unforgettable Mountain Memories @ The Fishing Hole

The Fishing Hole brought so many memories for our little family of 4 in just the few days we were there!From fishing right in the backyard to the fire pit nights and the community pool! The ducks were very happy to meet us each time we pulled back in the driveway! Emmanuel & Valeria were quick to respond anytime! Check in and out was also a breeze! Would definitely recommend their little piece of paradise to anyone!

Cozy Cabin

There was a lot to do just at the cabin. We played pool, fished in the stocked pond and spent each night in the hottub. There was an amazing view of the mountains. This cabin was close to everything we wanted to do but away from traffic and crowds.

Spring Break relaxing get away

We truly enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a trip with amazing views and no crowds! This trip was just that. The cabin is located in a wonderful little community with fishing ponds! The ducks were the highlight of our trip. They greeted us when we got there. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need including fun games that kept my kids busy! The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any needs that we had. We would stay again!

Great little cabin

The property was clean and very well maintained. There are two ponds around the cabin, one right behind the back enterance. We enjoyed the pool table and the decor. Bed was comfortable and towels were clean. We did not cook, use the hottub or do landry, so cannot comment on that. The water pressure in the shower could be better. Hosts are very responsive. Overall a good stay.

Peaceful

Emmanuel and Valeria made the booking process so quick and easy. They will respond quickly to any questions you may have. The cabin was wonderful. Location felt private although you can be in Pigeon Forge in 10-15 minutes. The cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property.
