Minutes to Dollywood, right off of the parkway. A great place to relax! Wonderful and convenient 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 6! Perfectly located with easy access to many of the top attractions! Enjoy beautiful sunsets and river views from our balcony! Located right off of the parkway near Walmart, Roma Table, Tanger outlets, Skyland Ranch, and Rainforest Zoo!

I was extremely pleased with the condo. It was clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very soft with thick foam toppers. The condo is near everything without being right on the strip. It has a beautiful balcony and view of the river. I had a question about the coffeemaker while I was shopping, and the host responded immediately. The digital thermostat worked fine (despite what another reviewer said). Really, we didn't have any complaints.

Perfect location, Beautiful Condo

This condo is in an excellent central location for many attractions in the area, such as: Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Gatlinburg. The condo itself is very well maintained/clean and has beautiful decorations / view. Communication with the owners was fantastic, and they were very helpful / friendly.

Good location great place

Good location and a great place to stay. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars because the thermostat was locked. Great host and very helpful! Comfy beds! Could never get the cable to work but we did watch Roku quite a bit. I would stay again!

Cute condo in a great area. Building had a river running behind it which made coffee in the morning so relaxing. We were so close to all the sites, we loved it!! Host is amazing

Great place to stay

We came to Sevierville for my granddaughters dance nationals. We wanted to stay somewhere that was close to the LaConte Center and other fun attractions. This condo did not disappoint! Not only was it close to shopping, attractions and yummy food, it also had a wonderful pool we used almost every night. We will definitely be staying there again!! Thank You Candace for a great stay!!

Truly awesome!

This was truly one of the best rental properties we have ever stayed in! The cleaning crew had done an amazing job…when we arrived, it was spotless! It’s well-stocked with everything you would need to cook your meals, though we enjoyed take-out from several of the super close restaurants (don’t miss B51 Chicken just minutes away - it’s a hidden GEM!) We also visited Hillside Winery (also only minutes away) and brought home 2 bottles of amazing wine to share with friends. The location of this rental is so convenient!! We will definitely book this place again if it is available the next time we visit the area - you won’t be disappointed!

Clean, comfortable & convenient

I rely heavily on property reviews, so here you go: this little condo is in a small/older condominium complex conveniently located just off the parkway in Sevierville/pigeon Forge. The unit appears to be a full-time rental with hard surface flooring, nice furnishings, a simple Kitchen with anything you may need. All bedding and towels are white- allowing for good washing/bleach. The master is large with a large attached master bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller, but comfortable. Three large smart TVs and a little balcony overlooking the river. We did not receive check-in instructions, but when I contacted Candace she was delightful and immediately got us the information. We did not use any of the facilities or amenities as we were visiting family in the area. This unit was perfect for our long weekend and our needs IE: a clean comfortable place for my elderly Mom & I to stay.

Blown away

Do not let the ordinary appearance of this building fool you! This was THE most beautiful VRBO I've stayed in in some time. The pics are true to what the place looks like. No one prepared us for the stunning sunset views off the balcony with a river view and a sweet flock of ducks! The master/king bed is on the soft side, the queen bed more firm. There were plenty of linens and xtra sheets/blankets. The showers have wonderfully hot water with good pressure. The classic arcade coctail table (with dozens of games) in the unit was played MORE than the TV by the teens AND adults! Candace at the management property was informative, sent texts and emails about the quick and keyless check in/out and responded via picking up the phone or texted immediately. It truly was a joy to stay here after having to reschedule our initial trip to Myrtle Beach due to a hurricane with just a few days notice. Would've given higher than 5 stars if we could!

Close to everything

The property was very nice and clean. We were close to everything and didn’t have to pull our trailer up in the mountains like we usually do when we stay in a cabin. The communication was great and we had an overall excellent experience with this condo. Ty.

Best place we have ever stayed!!!

First let me say this condo was immaculately clean! The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked with anything you could imagined needing during your stay. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and my children said their bed was comfortable too. The showers were hot and water pressure was good so that was a plus. My boys enjoyed the old school Pac Man game in the room and so did I honestly. Communication with the owner was excellent and she made sure we were happy every step of our stay. The condo is located within walking distance to a trampoline place, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a movie theatre, and a little zoo, as well as a some stores. If you don't mind a little further walk, Tanger Outlet is right down the road too. All the fun amenities associated with this area are just a few minutes drive which was nice. One thing I liked was the view of the river from the balcony. It was so quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed watching the geese and ducks. We used the outdoor pool daily; it was always clean and never too busy and never had to wait on a lawn chair. Overall, one of the finest vacations we have ever had! Highly recommend!
