Pickle ball & Firepit in February @The Burrows

Summary:
The Burrows has 3 master bedrooms that has it's own entrance, but is inside Tanner Manor Lodge. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit to sleep 6 guests with a full kitchen/dining room and living room. There is an EV charger at a cabin that you can easily walk to through a connecting path. Let me know if you need it so I can arrange it with the guest in the other cabin. Be sure to bring your adapters if you have a Tesla, the connector is the J1772.

The Space:
Although it is a part of Tanner Manor Lodge (TML), The Burrows ONLY shares outside items (picnic tables, grill, bench swings).

There will be a Pickle Ball court on the property in February.

The Burrows features three bedrooms and three bathrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, another with a queen-size bed, and a third with a full-size bed. The living room boasts a large 55" TV, an electric fireplace, and three separate entrances, allowing easy access for three couples without disturbance. Outside, there is a balcony, three seating areas, and a grill. It's an ideal spot for a stay with family or friends. The firepit, located behind Tanner Manor Lodge on a gentle hill surrounded by trees, is shared, along with the outdoor spaces.

Spanning 12 acres, the property offers hiking trails, a small outdoor chapel, and a gazebo available for outdoor weddings (additional cost and prior approval required). Follow the gravel road from Tanner Manor Lodge, curve right at the top to discover the gazebo, a mountain view area, and a bench swing with views of Pigeon Forge and the surrounding mountains. The community firepit is also behind the lodge; take the left gravel path leading up to it. A hose is provided to extinguish the fire. Additional amenities include a grill, picnic tables, and bench swings. The front balcony of The Ranch is exclusive to its guests, while all other facilities are communal. Behind the lodge, there's a spacious area with a picnic table and a well house, and on the other side of the well house is a deck box filled with outdoor games like bocce ball and croquet, available for guest use—just remember to return them after playing.

For electric vehicle charging, there's a charger at one of the cabins, a short walk away. Tesla owners should bring an adapter for the J1772 connector. Please inform Kathryn if you need to use it.

Other Things to Note:
We have a washer & dryer outside of Tanner Manor Lodge (downstairs from The Burrows) that will be available for all of our guests who don't have their own washers and dryers in their cabins. If there are clothes in the washer or dryer when you come to use it, please contact whoever's name is on the dry erase board. There are bench swings around Tanner Manor Lodge, a grill behind it and oversized chess and checkers on the back porch. Feel free to hang out and play while you are waiting on your laundry to be done.

Bring own firewood for fireplace (available October - March) and firepit. Bring charcoal for grilling.
