This luxurious five-bedroom cabin exemplifies opulent accommodation. Spanning four deluxe floors, "On the Rocks" showcases a beautifully designed living area with soaring ceilings and mountain/lake views for up to 14 guests.

The Space:
*Important note - Douglas Lake is drawn down from September to March and the dock may not be usable. Please contact us for current lake conditions.

Enjoy the expansive decks, indulge in the hot tub or sauna, and make a splash in the heated pool. With a game room for entertainment, this stylish retreat promises unforgettable family fun no matter the season.

On the Rocks is a 4 level home in an area of outstanding natural beauty and yet, just an easy drive away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway and all the local attractions such as Dollywood, The Island, live shows and restaurants. This place truly is the best of both worlds offering both lake access while being within easy reach of Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains.

A standout feature of this retreat is the well-appointed lower level, boasting an indoor pool for year-round enjoyment. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the pool area provide lake views, while the patio offers seating and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. On the Rocks also boasts a Sauna right in the pool room making the cabin a perfect option even in the fall/winter.

Entertainment enthusiasts will appreciate the game room, equipped with a TV, arcade games, karaoke and board games for friendly competitions. Head down to your own private dock or walk over to the community beach with seating, dock and fire pits.

Don’t miss the chance to create unforgettable memories at our lake retreat at the doorstep of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Book now and start looking forward to your dream vacation! Important: There is no boat launch or trailer parking available at the resort, though we do provide free trailer storage for guests at a nearby facility. The nearest public boat launch is 8 miles away at TVA public boat ramp, Dandridge, TN 37725. There are temporary steps to the dock that are rough and have no handrails. The permanent ones will be installed once we have HOA approval.

The boat dock was very steep, likely from the dropping water. This house has many, many steps! Layout of the house is great though. We utilized every thing offered and everyone was pleased with the stay. There is an outlet in the loft bedroom that does not work. The trash bins were full the first day, so we just collected trash the rest of the week. We also left an IPad there and never got a message back when I messaged them.

No complaints about this property. We found it beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the baby gate for the steps, and the pack n play that were there. Parking was enough for 4 cars. There were a couple life jackets provided, as well as noodles and tubes. The kayaks and paddle boards were a hit! There were also two fishing rods provided. As an Ohio State fan, I appreciated the drinking glasses that we found, but didn’t use! There was a little difference in the instructions/info that was sent from the management company and what is posted in the house as far as check in, set up, and closing, but we figured it out. The steps are a bit steep to the catwalk and dock. I recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Family Lake Vacation

Comfortable beds, each part of family had their own orivate area. The stairs to the lake are steep and uneven, some without a rail- would be difficult for elderly less fit people. Great facilities at lake and dock- beautiful warm clean waters with amazing views on all levels. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of books and family games. Enjoyed s'mores on the fire pit. 35 minutes from activities, but not a problem.
