🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to luxury mountain living at Grand Highland, a beautiful new cabin located in the heart of the Smokies. This recently built cabin is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that appeal to all guests. Enter the front door and walk in the fully equipped modern kitchen that is perfect for creating delicious meals within the comfort of the cabin. The kitchen area boasts a generously sized dining room table that can seat 6-8 people, complemented by additional seats at the countertop bar.

The main level includes a spacious living room with plenty of luxury furnishings, comfortable furniture and an electric fireplace. There is a large Smart TV and oversized windows overlooking the back deck and allowing in plenty of natural light. The cabin features an open floor plan with a master bedroom on the main level with a full bathroom. A half bathroom can also be accessed just inside the front door.

The upper level of the cabin features three beautiful bedrooms, including an additional master suite with an attached full bathroom. The additional two bedrooms include a king bed and two full beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

Immerse yourself in adventure on the lower level of the cabin. Enjoy a full-sized game room with arcade games, a pool table, and a large Smart TV. Direct access to the indoor heated pool provides added convenience, along with features like plenty of additional seating. There is also a half-bathroom located conveniently on this level. Outside, you`ll find a brand-new hot tub, multiple seating areas, and peaceful views to complete your extraordinary experience. It`s the perfect spot to relax with a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. Wildlife is also plentiful around the cabin and in the woods.

* Bedroom #4 (Upper Level): This spacious bedroom features two comfortable full beds -- and mountain views! The room also comes with a large TV, storage space, and an attached full bathroom that is shared with the 3rd bedroom.

* Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.
