Serene setting and lovely conversation

We enjoyed our stay and loved learning the history of the property. We had a delicious breakfast cooked right next to us while having lovely conversation with our hosts. We had a beautiful room and the location was only 10-15 minutes from Pigeon Forge attractions. Beautiful property and wonderful hospitality!

Weekend getaway

Lonnie and Seresa are excellent host with lots of hospitality, stories and amazing country cooking for breakfast.(bread pudding) Will definitely be staying with them again! Absolutely beautiful home and surroundings too!

Great host and property!

Syresa and Lonnie welcomed us to their property and treated us like family. They also provided us maps/directions to all the things we could do. Highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a relaxing vacation

Cutest place ever!

When I first viewed this house it reminded me of the house from the film ‘The Notebook’ because of how beautiful it is. Syresa is an amazing host and easy to communicate with. The animals there are so sweet and loving. I would stay here again 100% And it is close to everything, 10-15 from Pigeon Forge, and 20-25 from downtown Gatlinburg! A perfect getaway

Out of the hubbub but nearby

The colder than normal temperatures did not permit us to enjoy the property as we would have liked and the room we stayed in lacked adequate heat. THe road to get to and from Pigeon Forge could be a bit frightening especially at night. The hosts are very sweet and down-to-earth and provided helpful hints/ recommendations to enhance our stay.

Nice

We only stayed one day but we really enjoyed our experience. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return. Not too happy with VRBO though. They charged us an extra $25 with no explanation.

Incredibly quite, beautiful property. Exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything, to include the best hole in the wall Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to.

Beautiful b&b, great hosts

Thoroughly enjoyed 4 days at this incredibly beautiful and peaceful b&b in the foothillls og Smokey Mountains. Perfect hub for me and my sons visit to Dollywood. Syresa was very helpful with tips for hiking and other things to in the area.

Friendly owners

We had a great stay, very peaceful and restful. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. Friendly without being intrusive. Beautiful property with a rambling old home that has been well taken care of. It’s off the beaten path but we’ll worth the trip.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beautiful Seaton Springs Farm. Syresa and Lonnie were warm and welcoming, which made my stay very comfortable. They shared information about local attractions that came in very handy when I met up with my family. Communications were easy and clear. Thank you so much! Cathy

Kind

My husband and I was not ready to go home so we found this really nice Bed and Breakfast not far from Gatlinburg which allowed us to do a day job in Pigeon Forge. The owner Mr.Lonnie met us with a smile we felt right at home. Nice country setting and clean. The next morning we upgraded our breakfast and was prepared a nice breakfast with fresh eggs. Not one time did we feel uncomfortable and got the best nights rest ever. Definitely a hidden gem making plans to bring our parents back.

Great stay!

Owners are on property and very nice. Room was comfortable and the location is great. Very convenient to Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice

Our room was very nice and the hosts were friendly and informative about the area. The B&B was located off the beaten path and very quiet and peaceful. But close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg where there were lots of things to do. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. The B&B was also clean and food very good.

Piece of Paradise

The property is beautiful! Our room was cozy and well kept. Lonnie and Syresa are amazing hosts and a joy to talk to. They were both very knowledgeable of the area and extremely welcoming. This was our first time booking a trip through VRBO and it was a great experience thanks to them!!
