Plenty of Space to Gather

The main level features an open living, dining and kitchen area designed for large groups to spend time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, while the large dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of room for meals together.

When it's time to spread out, head upstairs to the game room for pool, shuffleboard and arcade games, or downstairs for movie night in the private theater with a 110-inch screen and tiered seating.

Outside is where What A View really earns its name. Five decks provide plenty of space to enjoy the mountain views, whether you're sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the private hot tub on the lower-level deck.

With 5 king suites and 2 bunk rooms, What A View gives large groups plenty of private sleeping space - and every bedroom has its own bathroom.

Easy Mountain Access

What A View is located in Black Bear Ridge Resort, approximately 5 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The roads to the cabin are paved and standard width with no steep hills to climb.

Ramped access is available to the main level, where you'll find 2 king suites and the main living, dining and kitchen areas. Please note that What A View is a multilevel cabin, and stairs are required to access the upper and lower levels.

Guests also have access to the resort's seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

FREE DAILY ACTIVITIES: As a thank you for being our guest, your stay includes one complimentary admission per day to each of 23 participating Smoky Mountain attractions. Choose from favorites like Dollywood, Splash Country, Dolly Parton's Stampede, Pirates Voyage, Titanic Museum and more!

Complimentary admissions are per reservation, not per person, and you can use your free admission at multiple participating attractions on the same day. The benefit resets each day of your stay. Participating attractions are subject to change. Details and redemption instructions are provided after booking.

Dogs are welcome! The pet fee is $95 for up to 2 dogs weighing up to 25 lbs each (Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.) Please be sure you have pets selected before checkout.
