  • Welcome to What A View, a 7-bedroom luxury cabin that sleeps up to 32 guests. It provides the perfect space to bring your entire family together.

    Located in the beautiful Black Bear Ridge Resort you will be just a few short miles away from all Pigeon Forge has to offer.

    This exclusive log cabin community provides the perfect base for spending your days exploring then heading back to the cabin for a little peace and tranquility.

    Just imagine sipping your morning coffee peacefully from one of the 5 decks while enjoying the stunning mountain views or relaxing at the end of the day in the hot tub while breathing in the invigorating mountain air.

    Two large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

    Everyone will love their accommodations in one of our 7 bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. We offer 5 king suites and two bunk rooms, and each room benefits from its own ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional full bath in the game room and half bath on the main level. When you stay at What A View there’s no arguing over who has the best bedroom – they’re all the best!

    Whether you are preparing a family feast or just a snack, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal and the BBQ/Grill means outdoor cooking can also be on the menu. The over-sized dining table provide plenty of space for your entire family to break bread together.

    When you’re not out exploring all that Pigeon Forge has to offer, you can spend time chilling and chatting, challenging one another to a game of pool shuffleboard or watching your favorite movie in the theater room equipped with projector screen, surround sound and tiered theater seating.

    Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience free admissions to some of the area's most popular attractions are included - with a daily value of $640. You will receive one free ticket per day per group to each of the following: Dollywood, Dolly’s Splash Country, Pirates Voyage Dinner Show, Skyland Ranch, Titanic Museum, Wonderworks, Beyond the Lens, Country Tonite, Big Creek Expeditions, Top Jump, Crave Golf, Paula Deen’s Adventure Park, Legacy Zipline, Alcatraz East Crime Museum, Rocky Top Coaster, Rowdy Bear Snow Park, Paula Deen’s Lumberjack Feud, Soaky Mountain Water Park, Comedy Barn and The Grand Majestic Theater. Tickets are not cumulative but do reset each day. There is no limit to the number of attractions you can visit in a day.

Spent 3 nights here in early December. Communication with the host was great... our questions were responded to very quickly.The views out the back of the cabin were outstanding. You definitely feel like you are on top of the mountain. The drive to get there takes you up some fairly steep winding roads, but they are all well maintained.The cabin does need some updates. Toilets, faucets, and the theatre area are showing their age.Overall we had a great weekend... there is tons of space and the 7 ensuite bedrooms was perfect for our group.

Beautiful property and an amazing arrangement for six families, all with their own bathroom. Pool nearby was a good walk for the kids and an easy drive for the people that didn’t want to hike it. The movie theater was neat. Definitely will remember this visit

What a View

A beautiful clean cabin and easy to get to. We’ve been coming to the area for many years and have been so disappointed in the cleanliness and condition of the furniture. If you book this cabin you will not be disappointed! The view is beautiful as well.

Perfect family reunion weekend.

Amazing view and amenities

THANK YOU for such a wonderful place to stay. We had all we needed. We bought paper products and such before we arrived, but did not need any of it I don’t believe. The home was clean and we were checked on each day to make sure we were all good. Many thanks again.

Cabin Stay

We stayed at What A View cabin. It was clean and roomy. It had a beautiful view from the balcony. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property manager responded quickly when I texted her. It was a great cabin and we all had a great time there. Would highly recommend it.

Family Summer Vacation

Very pleased with the size, layout, and location of this cabin. Huge dining table that all 14 of us could sit around. 7 bedrooms (including 2 bunk rooms) allowed for each family to pick a floor and have privacy. Thomas Rentals very responsive with issues/questions. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing.

The property owners made a the process very easy to check and provided amenities. The pictures did no Justice for actual cabin. Very scary getting up the mountain but we’ll worth it. Great experience. Me and my family would recommend.

Best Family Cabin!

This cabin created the best family experience for our holidays. There wasn't a single moment where we weren't mesmerized by the view, entertained in the theater room, competing at the billiards table, or relaxing in the hot tub blanketed by the chilled nights. The location of the cabin was convenient and the drive up and down was an adventure itself. This holiday week was truly an experience to remember!! :)

The property was jammed in amoung a lot of other cabins, parking became an issue ,and the partying of other guest in other cabins went on l hours of the night, not the relaxing getaway we were hoping for

Wonderful view

It was a beautiful cabin! The view was absolutely amazing. The only two things that I would mention about the cabin is the parking and the cabin is very loud. The top two floors heard everything. Other than that it was perfect! The property manager was easy to contact and were quick to respond. Over all it was a great cabin and I would recommend people to stay!

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent. We had a very large group with several kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Booking was easy and checking in was super easy. The home for the most part was very clean however we did have to wait an extra hour to check in while housekeeping was finishing up and this was a little difficult with 4 kids waiting to go inside. As far as mostly very clean, the only complaint is that some of the dishes were not completely clean and we planned to cook several meals there so we had to wash dishes before using them Also, there is visible mold in the showers where you turn on the faucets and I felt like these could be cleaned or replaced
