The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send you a personalized door code before check-in.
*INTERNET/CABLE
ALL 5 Smart TVs have free Direct TV via Roku. Please keep in mind that Wifi can change in speed at times due to us being in the mountains. You cannot unplug the WiFi router under any circumstance. $575 fee will apply plus the cost of having someone go out there and plug back in.
*NO PARTIES
If you are found to be having a party or have more than the number of registered guests at the property you will immediately be evicted by the county sheriff's department. Monetary damages will apply if this rule is broken. Please communicate to the host if you are thinking of having extra guests over during the day.
*Fire Pit
We have a great new gas fire pit for your enjoyment by the outdoor gazebo. Please make sure this is turned off after use for fire safety.
*BEDROOMS
There are 4 bedrooms and a pullout couch in a separate room which can accommodate up to 13 people. 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Bunkbed (1 Queen and 1 Twin Bed), 1 Pullout Bed, Couch. 7 beds total.
*KITCHEN
Fully remodeled custom-built stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, ice maker, water filter, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, tea kettle, pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, standard & Keurig coffee makers, etc. Stainless steel appliances. YES we have plenty of coffee for you and your guests :)
*LAUNDRY
Full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron located in the downstairs bedroom closet.
*AMENITIES
Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, trash can liners, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and soap. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out.
*CREEKSIDE GAZEBO
One of the most unique features of our property is that we have a beautiful creek that runs right on our property! While this is a nice and exciting feature, please be watchful of young children when you’re outside by the creek as the water can be swift after heavy rains. Please make sure children are supervised at all times while outside. This experience is unlike anything in the Smokys and you and your family will love it!

Custom made pool table located on the bottom floor (do not move the pool table for ANY reason). Cornhole is located in the Game Room along with lots of board games under the TV. We also have children's books in this area.
