Great place to stay and we had a great time together as a family under one roof. The only thing I would recommend is to bring little things you would not think of if using the kitchen such as extra trash bags, zip lock bags, paper towels/napkins and some dish towels for drying. As a whole we were genuinely pleased.

Our family had a great week!!The house was very clean! The carpet in the king sized bedrooms felt new and super nice.Beds were super comfortable and there was more than enough soap, blankets, towels, ECT.Kitchen, again felt very clean.Our only complaint is that the 6th bedroom, isn't really a bedroom. There's no door or closet. Without a door, you can hear everyone else coming up and down the stairs and in and out of rooms. Our family included: 2 elderly grandparents with physical disabilities. Due to an injury one of them ended up using a wheelchair most of the week. Thankful the 1st floor bedroom had wide enough doors!We had 5 additional adults, 1 teen, 2 special needs younger kids and an infant.

The place was amazing and so beautiful. My family and I enjoyed it. The game room and the movie theater were the kids favorite. And it’s very family friendly with pack n plays and high chairs for the little ones.

Great location, house needs some maintenance

Overall location is nice. Hot tub is not as pictured. Odd and end broken items in the house that should be routine property maintenance items that were not addressed. We did notify owner, we don't think they were aware of the issues.

This was my first VRBO experience and overall it was perfect for my family! The children and grandchildren stayed downstairs while the more seasoned grandparents (us)enjoyed peaceful nights upstairs. Thanks for your patience and understanding on all my texts during our stay. Y’all were awesome!

The internet gave us a very hard time.

Once able to communicate with home own things went very well. Great people very willing to fix anything that was wrong. Would definitely stay with them again. GREAT home and homeowner

Ideal for a family

The location of the property is ideal-it’s close enough to everything we wanted to experience while still being in a rural area. The house was clean and the 3 stories provided us with plenty of room to be comfortable and have family game night. The kitchen is stocked with everything we needed other than a crockpot. Highly recommend.

Nice and quite!

This house is in a quite neighborhood with a beautiful picture perfect look of the mountain. We had 14 people 10 adults and 4 children under the age of 10. We all had plenty of room. This house is within 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge and a grocery store is only 15 minutes away.

It was ok. Not the worst but definitely not the best.

We stayed 4 days 3 nights (11 people). The front door keypad had issues locking and getting in (please double check several times). Please have your Netflix account available, they do not offer one for Guests (this is the first rental I stay in the without it). The dishwasher wasn’t working so we had to manually wash the dishes, not so great. My husband cut himself while washing one of the dishes one day and we notified the owner. The downstairs bedrooms don’t have floor connections in between each room, be careful so you don’t trip and fall. The theater room could use a bigger TV and surround system, not as expected. If it’s snows you will not be able to go up the hill, we had two cars one 4x4 and another one rear wheel drive and neither could go up when it was snowing. Vehicles were slidding near the fall (very scary). We had to leave the vehicles behind and walk up (about 15-20min walk). Unfortunately, we were supposed to check out at 10am but couldn’t because the cars could not be moved because of the snow down the hill, the owner was understanding and we left at 12pm (midday. The lights had some flickering every now and then, we had to leave the faucet on because the owner messaged us there were some faucet issues because of the cold weather. We brought stuff to make s’mores, the fireplace did not work. We messaged the owner but they said they had to break pipes to get to it and couldn’t do it at the time. Overall trip was good but because of what we did outside the cabin. The cabin wasn’t as we expected it to be, a lot of improvements could be made. Thank you
